Sunbreak
My family loved their stay at this cottage. It’s so close to mini golf, the park, and the beach. My kids had bikes delivered and rode all over the place, their favorite stores to go to were the Forbes candy store and The Spot. The home was very clean at check in, and the reality company was helpful when I couldn’t find the laundry room, spoiler alert- it’s the door to the right off the front deck. The starter pack was also a nice touch, and the kitchen had what we needed to cook throughout the week. We liked to hang out on the new back deck and eat at the table or just enjoy the view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable, and the house has a cozy feeling beach ambiance.

Our stay at Sunbreak was just what we needed! It was roomy (with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths) The living area was large enough for our group and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. The bedrooms were cool and beds comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay!
Great stay! Easy beach access
Home was very clean and had a great common space/deck! Nags head is a great base for OBX exploration and Bonnet Beach has a lifeguard and bunch of facilities which is ~5min walk away.
OBX first time experience
The house was nicely furnished and comfortable for 4-5 people. There were ample bathrooms and pots, pans, plates, etc. The realty company responded quickly to a leaking toilet and inoperable electronic door entry. Very convenient location to beach which was great if you need to return for anything. Recommendation would be the following: The grill is too far away from home and should be moved to upper deck. Home needs a Keurig machine and tea pot. The concrete under home should be swept by cleaning service. The electronic entry never worked for us even though it was worked on by maintenance. Overall..very enjoyable experience and would recommend to anyone.
We had a great stay for the weekend of the 4th! We loved the house; layout was perfect and proximity to the beach was awesome. The outdoor shower was a highlight. We had a great time watching the fireworks from the deck and loved the captain’s Adirondack chairs. Great value for this stay.
Great place!
Amazing location! Easy walk to the beach and had an ice cream/acai bowl shop close by too! The house itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We would stay here again! We loved it!
