Fun in the Sun This house has the perfect location. It's close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We have stayed here several times and have rescheduled for 2027.<br /> <br /> The house is well appointed, but the furniture in the great room needs updated.
We had a great stay at Seaside Fun! The unit was clean, beach access was convenient, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything was exactly as advertised, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We would definitely consider staying here again.
Good This is a spacious and comfortable home on a quiet cul-de-sac on the ocean side of Beach Road (semi-oceanfront homes on this side of Beach Road are hard to find!). This is a great area, central to a lot of shops, restaurants, etc. The house could use some upgrades, especially the kitchen and bathrooms but overall it is a nice house. The beach access is very close, just three houses away, however the beach access itself was not an easy walk. It is a natural, sand path over a dune with no stairs or walkway. While this isn't a house issue, I would have appreciated knowing this in advance so it is worth mentioning for others who may have guests that would have difficulty accessing the beach this way.
Stay was great! Only thing we missed was a heated pool

Perfect location for a trip intended to travel to all parts of the island. Near lots of great restaurants, grocery store and getting to the beach is walkable. Was the perfect home away from home for the larger group we brought.
Great place so close to the public beach access and within walking distance of several restaurants. Location is great with tons to do in the area. The property itself was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We went with family so it was wonderful that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were a highlight for us and used daily.
Very Good Clean and comfortable. Toilets too low. Shower floors slippery. No grab bars in showers. Nice play room on first level with a second refrigerator. The outside lift to get items on upper floors was very helpful.
Seaside Fun Our family enjoyed our stay at Seaside Fun. Great location and amenities. the home was also very clean.
Vacation Get Away We have rented many homes in the Outer Banks over the years, this one is one of our favorites. We rented this property for the first time and have already booked it for next year. The property was very clean, important to my wife. It was also very well situated. It is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Great House We loved our time at Seaside Fun! This house had everything we wanted. It would be perfect with more lounging options for the kids, it just lacks some couches in the game room areas. Also has great beach access and is nice to be on a dead end road.
What a great house Seaside Fun has it all. Clean, close to beach, quiet, nice-sized pool, loaded game room. Our only complaints: buzzer alarm at the sliding door, non-user friendly TVs, and sheets on 2 king beds didn’t stay put in the corners. Would still stay here again. 😊
Seaside Fun Was Exactly That! Very nice property, GREAT location and it had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay during the pandemic. We would stay at this property again.
Great place to stay! The house was awesome! The condition of the house was really good: very clean, everything in great shape. Beds were very comfortable, and all the bathrooms were clean and mold free. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for everyone. The deck was nice, with a gas grill that was ready to go. The pool was decent, not the newest or largest, but good enough that we all had fun. The rec area was nice as well. The location was solid, walkable to Red Drum Taphouse, and a few shops and ice cream places. Very close to Food Lion as well. Beach access was a hundred yards to the public access, then over a small dune. A few items to note: wifi was just OK, it was annoying that it had a 'log in' page after you connect, which didn't allow us to use a wifi (Alexa) type of speaker or connect to a Chromecast device. There was a surround sound system that we couldn't get to work. Overall, a great place!
