5411 - Atlantic Breeze — Guest Reviews

5411 Atlantic Breeze We were very pleased with the house. It was clean when we got there. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed. We like the amenity of someone taking care of the trash for us. Now if you could only control the weather, it would have been a perfect family vacation.

We received a VERY RAPID response when Resort Realty was contacted about a problem. This house was very spacious and well accommodated the needs of 8 adults.

Very Good Great house, perfect for families and a lot of room to be apart, should you desire. Great amenities. Pool area great, outside of no grass in the yard. Seem to be the only house around with no sprinkler system. If it had one, it did not work. Did not like the beach. Coarse sand, steep drops to water, rough surf.

Great House, Great Location This house fit our family of 12 adults very well. Great beach access and great location to all the restaurants. We could walk to get breakfast which we loved. The pool provided a great relaxation spot for everyone when we were done with the beach. Loved the multiple kitchen spaces and easy parking. The house was clean and felt truly comfortable. The only downside is that the pool lights did not work however which put a bit of a damper on our swim time as the photo showed the pool all lit up. Resort Realty sent a pool vendor who didn’t do anything besides check switches. She said a technician would be back, but that person never showed.

FABULOUS HOME We had 16 adults and 2 dogs and spent 2 weeks at Atlantic Breeze. There are multiple spots to congregate. So you can hang with many or get away alone or with a smaller group. The accordion doors in great room gave us a phenomenal view and seemed to bring the ocean into our home. This home was well thought out in it's construction and decor. We've been coming to the OBX for 30 years and this was by far the best rental. The large table off great room led to many fun game nights. And with a second fridge and wet bar right beside it we were able to grab a beer or make a cocktail easily. The beds were very comfortable. We did not have to contact Resort Realty once time in 14 days. The maintenance of the home was stellar so we didn't need to call them. THAT alone has NEVER happened. We had a nice sized fenced in yard for the pups to frolic. Bluetooth music systems throughout were a bonus. Theater room was great for our rainy evening. All of the plentiful TVs were large and modern. Rent this home. You won't regret it!!

Very Good Very beautiful house in the Outer Banks. Would definitely come again!! There were only minor complaints but every place will have a few problems!! The house is definitely well kept and they do lots of maintenance!

Atlantic Breeze Great House and Great Location. Everything inside the house was clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Getaway We have been coming to OBX for over 15 years and always stay 2 weeks. This was our first rental with Resort Realty and we were very pleased with the home and their services. WE had a few issues that needed to be addressed during our stay and they responded promptly and the staff were very attentive. The house is in a great location — we usually stay in Corolla so this was our first stay in Nags Head —-with access to many shops, restaurants and services. The house was well outfitted except to say that the number and quality of cooking implements/pots and pans was meager considering the size of the home. The pool complex was awesome with a built-in kiddie pool— and it was heated which came in handy since we came in late September. The access to the ocean was great as well. We were there during the remnants of Ian and there were many places for everyone to entertain themselves and watch the wonder of nature outside. We would rent this house again and recommend Resort Realty.

Very Good Loved the layout of the house and furnishings were comfortable and ample. The swimming pool was so much fun especially the 12” section for the kids and adults in lounge chairs. Kitchen was well equipped but bring your own condiments and spices - everything is removed from previous occupant. On arrival one refrigerator was inop but that got fixed quickly. Parking easily fit 7 large vehicles and we parked one overflow at the resort realty lot up the road. We loved the very short walk to Booty treats which had wonderful ice cream and shake items. Beach location was excellent for beach activities - sandbar offshore and wide beach for the group. Beach was mostly private except for neighboring houses. Loved the theatre room, double oven, and double BBQ too. Each bedroom had a closet but we had to buy hangers since only 5-6 total were found on arrival. The up and over climb to the beach was a little onerous but the covered platform at the top was breezy and offered a nice spot to drink wine and cool off. All in all a great spot for a large group. Only one tub for the little ones which was fine.

Great!! We had a mix of family and friends share this house with us. It was the perfect set-up, everyone had their privacy when needed yet plenty of space to all gather together. The elevator was a huge plus for our older guests. Definitely recommend Atlantic Breeze.

Beautiful home We had four families staying at Atlantic Breeze. It was so spacious and perfect for a large group with kids and grown ups. The location was so close to the beach and the private pool was so nice. I would absolutely recommend this place for a large family or friends!!!

Excellent experience The house was exactly what we expected given what we paid. We had a large group with small kids that maximized the space and it was a wonderful experience. The cabana service each day for the beach, the industrial sized ice maker, the movie room was a HUGE hit with the littles, the king sized master bedrooms, etc. We also appreciated the pool setup - from the 1 foot enclosed shallow section for the little kids to the safety door on the ground level with the high door knob. The kids could not reach and we never had to worry about one going inside or outside alone without an adult. Thank you again for a great week in Nags Head!

We Loved Our Stay! Atlantic Breeze was a stunning rental. They thought of everything from the three huge refrigerators, multiple ovens and washers/dryers, the theatre room with surround sound, beautiful ocean front decks and walk in showers in most of the bathrooms. It made our stay relaxing, convenient and memorable. Resort Realty was wonderful to work with. The rental was spotless when we arrived, inside and out. This is a perfect rental for large family gatherings or a week with friends at the beach. It offers a lot of locations for social interaction as well as quiet and more private spots to get away from the group for a while. We loved our time at Atlantic Breeze!

June 20, 2020 Atlantic Breeze is a wonderful house. Resort Realty was responsive when we had requests about maintenance issues and insects.

Stunning House! Amazing Vacation! Atlantic Breeze was a beautiful house right on the beach. It had everything we needed and more. It’s location was perfect for shopping and dining and close to various resort adventures. But no one wanted to leave the top ocean front deck. We spent many hours enjoying meals, celebrating Happy Hour and napping on that deck. The bedrooms were lovely. Each bedroom was its own master which was wonderful for privacy. Many of the bathrooms had large walk in showers. That was helpful for the senior members of our family. The kitchen was huge and well appointed. It could use more oven mitts and cutting boards but we managed. Having a second fridge on the same level was so convenient. The theatre room with surround sound was icing on the cake. We enjoyed the pool but found the dune top gazebo and the cabana service the real draw. This was a perfect vacation thanks to the lovely Atlantic Breeze.

Very Nice Home This was very convenient and especially suited to our very large group.

LOVE Love love love the house and everything about it!!
