Excellent This was our first time staying in this house and we absolutely loved it. We especially loved how pet friendly the house was for our fur babies. We loved the location and how close the beach access was to the house. We are hoping to be back in September if the house is available. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Latitude Adjustment We love this house and its location. We have been staying here for many years. We also like all the new improvements at the pool, bottom bedroom, and new flooring.

Wonderful Stay Great location! So close to beach access! Great view of ocean from rooms in front of house. House is spacious, very well maintained and stocked with everything you need. Lots of decks to view the sunrise and sunset. The pool area is a backyard oasis! Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house!

Excellent We love this home and plan to continue returning every year. However, please consider adding curbside recycling pickup. We notice some of the neighboring homes offer it.

Very Good This is the 2nd time staying in “Latitude Adjustment”. We own the turquoise house next door to this home. Our family has grown considerably in the past few years & we can’t accommodate everyone in our home, so we reserve this home in addition to our own for 2 weeks. It works out wonderfully for us & very convenient. Not to mention,this home has nice decor, nice furniture, & is always clean & in good shape when we arrive. We love staying in this home!😊

OBX Family Vacation Our family of 12 (6 adults and 6 children ages 3 mos to 10)+ our pet spent a wonderful week at this home away from home! Well stocked kitchen which is a much for a family this size! The house is well maintained and a perfect for our family! Everything we need is just a few short minutes away! The beach, grocery stores, and plenty of places to eat for dining out! Love Nags Head and this property! This is our 2nd time at this property and we would definitely rent again!

Deck on every bedroom was great. Bathroom suite for every bedroom (3rd & 2nd floor) was great. Bunk room was great for the little kids. Kitchen well stocked with utinsles and pots/pans (but no griddle) and plenty plates and cups . Galley kitchen did seem to have more space for more than one person that might think of a galley kitchen (nice that refridge was not right in the galley). Extra beverage refridgerator was good to have (kitchen and 1st floor). Listing said to bring own soaps, which expect, but didnt think that applied to hand soap in each bathroom (6). Reality did provide a nice pack of suppies, that was appreciated, including one hand soap. Walk to Atlantic beach was great. Fenced in pool and yard was great, blocked most noise/traffic on The Beach road (as locals call it). Oneto street is quite street, only a couple blocks, only traffic is neigboring houses. Bike path on THe Beach road only went about half mile north, and all the way south till meet the Bypass. Great! HadFun

Great House! Our second time here and we really enjoyed our stay. All the amenities are here, the fenced yard is lovely and great for our dogs. The beach access is so close and the location great. The house is in excellent condition. Hope to come back again!

Beautiful house! Just reserved for next year since we loved it so much! Great location, so close to beach. Owners provided everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. Great having a fenced yard for our dogs and a nice pool and hot tub. My husband surfs and appreciated all the surfing memorabilia and photos. House is in great condition and well maintained. Can’t wait to go back again!

Gorgeous house Latitude Adjustment is a well equipped house that is decorated beautifully. It is child and pet friendly so it made our vacation worry free knowing the toddlers and pup were safe. The pool was refreshing and the new hot tub was great to relax in. The location is perfect- just steps to the beach, and close to many good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Latitude Adjustment Very Nice house! Everything we needed.

Great house! The house was even nicer than it looked in pictures. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice dishes, tools, and appliances. The pool area was very nice. We were so disappointed to not be able to book it for next year! Our only complaint was the wifi was terrible, but that's hardly a deal breaker.

Wonderful House! The location is awesome and the house is perfectly equipped (and even labeled!!) for a week of fun. It has all the amenities and a welcoming set up. I highly recommend this house!

Latitude Adjustment First off, what a great week. The house was great! Distance to the beach was perfect. Pool was perfect size for us and the kids. Kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked every meal except for one night when we went out to dinner. Watching the sunrise from the rooftop patio was perfect. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Amazing home! This house was beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. Not only that but the location was perfect. It was very central to many restaurants and stores, meaning we didn’t spend a ton of time driving around the island on our errands. The pool was also perfect! The only recommendation I would make is to add thicker curtains in the bedroom. It was very bright, very early.

Location! Great view! Many rooms This house is located at one house down from the beach. When I stayed at this house, I took my dog to the beach every morning to catch the sunrise. The kitchen and dinning room are nicely renovated. The view from the dinning room is amazing. I also like a fenced yard where my dog can run around. The only negative thing was the heater for the swimming pool was broken when we stayed. The technician came over to fix it, but it took a few days to fix and warm the water up. I would book this house again.

Couldn't have been better! Latitude Adjustment was the perfect house for our family! Extremely well kept and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes which made it easy to cook. Each room had its own en suite and access to decks which was the perfect layout for our family. Our favorite part was the backyard/pool area. The landscaping around the pool was a super nice touch and we spent most of our time playing in the pool making memories! Thanks for sharing this wonderful house with us for our vacation! We will definitely be back!

Awesome House & Location Our family had a great week in this house! Great location and the heated pool and fenced back yard were awesome. The only thing that would make this house better is an elevator. Resort Realty is awesome to work with.

5409 - Latitude Adjustment Great house in a very nice location, off the main road and across a private drive from the beach access. A very nice pet friendly yard with in ground pool that we chose to heat during our stay. House has a great layout with most of our time spent on the top level, or out back. The only knock would be the lack of a big view of the ocean/beach. You can see the water between the houses across the drive though. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great family vacation This is our fourth year staying at Latitude Adjustment. Each year has been very special. One year we hosted a newly wed couple and had a great stay! Two years ago I was asked in the kitchen by my daughters boyfriend for her hand in marriage. Later that evening, a proposal was made in the top deck of the house under the stars! This year my daughter now married told us we were going to be grandparents! This house has shared many memorable moments for my family!

Very Good This is our 3rd year renting this unit. The location is great and the house is beautiful. Can't wait to come back again next year ☺️

Plenty Of Room! We have stayed at Latitude Adjustment for the last three years. The home has plenty of room for our three generations as well as our Grandpuppies. Our last vacation,October 2019 was a very windy week and very rough surf with the exception of two days. We spent a lot of time in the home with plenty of space for our nightly “dance” parties with the Grandkids and ice cream socials. The convenience to shops and restaurants is a plus . I highly recommended the surfing spoon just accross the street. We will continue to vacation in the Outer Banks and we will always choose this house as our home away from home. In fact, we are already booked for this October. This home shows a real pride in ownership.

Six of our family stayed at Latitude Adjustment over Christmas and we all enjoyed our stay very much. There was something for everyone to do... Fishing off the shore and walking the beach was amazing due to unusually warm weather during the first two days. Shopping at Tanger Outlet day after Christmas was a lot of fun. The house was well supplied with kitchen necessities. The house was spacious for a family of six and one dog. The hot tub and pool table were a huge hit with the younger people, several decks provided unique views of the area. Clear night skies were open to star gazing... The week was wonderful.

Only steps to the beach and four Kings (bedrooms)! By far this is the best of the Resort Club properties we have ever enjoyed! Beachfront would be the only improvement, but the rooftop deck makes even that a moot issue. The location is perfect, but when in the home you don't realize you are in the middle of it all! The pool was perfect in late Sept. early Oct.!

It was an experience we'll always remember...This home was perfect to accommodate our families. The swimming pool for the little ones was perfect since the beach was a little uncomfortable for them. We had competitive games and the house was perfect for all our activities. It was a joyous time we will never forget.

Enjoyed a great week in this unit. Service was great, the house was clean, had a nice modern, beach theme. All appliances were newer and clean. Nice ocean views, watched the sunrise over the ocean from the house. Location was good, short walk to the beach.

Awesome! What a great house!!! This home is perfectly located and very nice layout. The multiple decks and the double fenced yard was a great addition for each of us to relax separately. You will not go wrong with this rental!

Great House, Great Location! Great house, great value, great location! We've been coming to the OBX for 26 years, so we think of ourselves as “experts” on what works and what doesn't. This is a great house, nicely updated by the owners. Great layout, floor plans work, kitchen very nicely equipped, pool and hot tub great, nice pool table room, awesome TV (there was even a DVR!!! And premium cable). And this is easy Semi-Oceanfront -- stroll to the beach was seconds... So close and therefore affordable.

Perfect 3rd year here at Latitude Adjustment. 3 generations, grandkids and grand puppies. House is perfect for us. Windy was the word for the week. Rough surf most of week. We made most of it and had a wonderful time hanging around the house. Two beautiful beach days Sunday and Monday, fishing was great,you name it, we caught it right off of our beach here. Climbed two lighthouses, Currituck & Bodie. Surfin Spoon almost every night. Always sad to leave but always excited at idea of returning next year.

Perfect home We couldn't have asked for a nicer beach house than Latitude Adjustment for our first Orciuolo family vacation! The home is just perfect for our needs. Thank you for a great week and a bittersweet good-bye to the end of a wonderful summer.

Perfect House for Our Family The house worked perfect for our family! and the renting of chairs,umbrella and grill went well. When the owners built this house, they thought of just about everything that either their family needed or what a guest would want and should be commended.

Everything we needed & MORE! The house had everything we needed and more. Keyless made access to the house so easy! We love this feature. This is the perfect house for small children and dogs. From the fenced in yard with grassy areas to the gates on the decks to the child gates provided in the house, the owners have thought of everything.

Perfect Get Away!! This was my family's first OBX vacation, and it was everything we wanted, needed, and more. This house was absolutely perfect. It felt like home away from home. The 4 main bedrooms (masters) all had great king beds, full baths, and their own deck which gave all of our family members their own private comfortable space. We were just steps away from the beach and we really enjoyed coming back to the awesome pool after a" hard day at the beach". We enjoyed walking to the "Surf and Spoon" for ice cream. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby. There was plenty of space and lots to do for everyone. It was the best relaxing week we all needed. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back to "Latitude Adjustment"!!

A Great Vacation Just want to say thanks for everything. We rented Latitude Adjustment and it was great. We needed really nothing as this house seemed to have everything. Close to the beach and Surfin Spoon. Been a week and miss it all ready. Thanks for a great vacation.
