Amazing From the moment we rented the house to the moment we left, it was an amazing experience.<br /> The house was exactly as the pictures portrayed and met our needs completely. We had a great time in the heated pool and watching the waves from the deck. Even with the noreastern hitting we were able to enjoy the day in playing games.<br /> I would recommend this home and reality company to anyone.

Our family group had a great week at Adagio! The location is both oceanfront and super convenient to everything you want and need. (Try a short walk over to Red Drum for a delicious meal or beverage!) The home is spacious and the bathroom in each bedroom, along with laundry room, made life incredibly easy! We enjoyed nice views from all decks and the walkway over the dune. Coming and going to the beach, pool and hot tub are easy. Keep an eye out as (for the first from the shore) we saw whales with the naked eye! We stayed super early in the season this year, so be aware that upgrades and repairs are still needed in places and seem to be ongoing. Staff at Resort Realty were so kind and helpful - responses to any question or issue were prompt. We can't wait to see what RR does to this home and can't wait to stay there again in the future!
Adagio lives up to its name Adagio lived up to its name and helped us to slow down our tempo for a pace. We had a group to stay for 2 weeks and we had a great time. The heated pool served as a gathering point when the winds or weather kept us off the beach. Lovely accommodations. Very happy to have had the opportunity to enjoy this home and community.
Retired Teachers Getaway! Yearly Trip! Loved our stay at the Adagio! Wonderful four day stay at the Adagio! Resort Realty was great to deal with! Planning again for next year!
Spacious house with great location Very nice, comfortable home.
OBX is always a good time! This was our 13th trip to OBX. We had a wonderful time but the house definitely needs some maintenance. Resort Realty was great in addressing the most urgent needs such as replacing the charcoal grill that had a broken leg.and sending someone to replace air filters. Towel bar and toilet paper holder fell off the wall in one bathroom mid week. The kitchen could have been stocked better with basic kitchenware. Most houses that we stay at have an electric griddle and pitchers to make lemonade and drinks in but this one did not. The pool area had several broken chairs left in a corner leaving only a few to use. Over all we had a wonderful time and can’t wait for next year!
The house was clean and comfortable. We loved the private pool, hot tub and beach access. We did have someone in a wheelchair and 2 older companions who were happy with the elevator. Could use better access to the beach for wheelchair and elderly.
Love spending a week with my grandchildren and watching them grow The house was perfect and clean! Beds all made and enough towels for everyone!
Outer Banks family get together. Very nice facility. Perfect for six siblings and their spouses! We had an incredible week together. Beds were great, kitchen-dining-living area on third floor was wonderful. Piano was nice, as several of us play the piano. It was a little out of tune, still very playable. A couple of the doors on ocean side were not in good working order. Benches on beach landing need some repair. Over all 9.5 out of 10. Thanks for making it available for us. Blessings
Roomy Top Floor Top floor was spacious with plentiful seating. Kitchen was a little tight with lots of counter surface and multiple cabinets and drawers to keep you guessing. Mostly well supplied kitchen though looking like the end of the season with battered knives, missing tea kettle, one tiny basic drip coffee maker and 2 dishwashers with broken dish separators. Clean bedrooms aplenty with private baths. Two bunk rooms was one too many for us but others may appreciate. Did not hear any complaints about the mattresses/bedding except for the duo bunk. No outdoor access between front and back of house which is either good security or inconvenient, depending on your viewpoint. Small clean pool area with no shade--had an umbrella but no stand. Hot tub tucked under deck, dark with no view but capacious. Wide ocean-side decks with outdoor table for fresh air dining. Lovely ocean views but cannot see the narrow beach over the dune, even from the top deck. Beach close but wooden decking between pool and beach quite worn and splinter-prone. Cement deck between bottom floor entrance and pool access floods during rainstorms. Smallish charcoal grill (would have preferred gas) with no rain cover, if you mistakenly fire it up just before a storm cloud blows in, as we did. Overall, a good experience we would repeat.
Good Family Time Adagio was ideal for our 4 family gathering. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Bedrooms were spacious and property was appealing, if bit dated. We will stay here again.
Great house - Great stay The house is great! There are a few suggestions for the kitchen. Needs a few more items: a muffin pan, some storage containers, a broom. The shelves in the pantry are almost falling. The bedrooms are fantastic. We love that the majority of the rooms have queens or kings. The pyramid bunk needs a new mattress, especially the trundle. The couch cushions are pretty worn but there is a lot of seating and that was great! The price after the pool is closed needs to be adjusted. The pool closes and the price doesn't come down for another week. Overall, great house and great stay!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Very Good My family, friends and I really enjoyed our stay at 5405-Adagio.The house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes,cookware and small appliances.The pool was clean. A pool goy quietly came, mid week to vacuum and clean filters. The proximity to the beach was great. Thank you Resort Realty.
Excellent - Property Adagio was a great property. Although the weather wasn't in our favor we did enjoy the house. Our only negative would be the size of the TV's in the bedrooms. It would also be nice to have some additional storage containers for leftovers and cut up fruit or cold salads.
Perfect location! Comfortable home! This house was in the perfect location; not too far north and not too far south. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. There was a lot of space. It's always great to have a bathroom for every bedroom. The beach access was great. The game room was a plus. Two dishwashers are wonderful and the elevator was priceless for carrying groceries in! The kitchen is pretty well stocked. We needed more spoons and a muffin pan. We also would have liked an additional dining room table and the wifi was terrible. We really enjoyed our stay in this house and highly recommend!
Beach rental obx Thanks for making this a easy and enjoyable vacation from the east use of searching homes too the flex payment plans. I plan on staying with resort and will tell others
Very Good overall it was a great place, just the right size for our family of 17 (vacation). the view of the ocean from the rental was fantastic. Lots of things to do in the area. needs a few minor repairs
