Fully loaded and Spacious This house comes fully loaded with all items needed to enjoy your time at the beach. From the spacious fully equipped kitchen to the multiple sitting areas, no one feels crowded or like you're on top of each other. All items you need for cooking, baking and grilling are in this house! There is plenty of pantry space, seats at the multiple tables. The top level has a washer and dryer, in addition to the full laundry room on the bottom level. Noise does not transfer so it's comfortable to have a good time at the different levels. The pool is huge! Such a great lay out and there is plenty of seating with tables around the pool. This house also came with cabana service - tent and really nice low beach chairs set up daily. Resort Realty did a fantastic job with responding to maintenance calls. They had someone at the house within an hour. The house was amazing! The only downside is beach access for anyone with mobility issues. Sandy steep incline (dune).
