Excellent This is I believe our 3rd stay at this location it is perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful sun shine. We are so happy with the location and comfortable in this condo. We will be back as this is our favorite family vacation even with our grown children. Thank you for offering a wonderful place to rent for the week. Only thing we missed this year was there was no advertisement magazine of events and places to visit which we use to find new things to discover to do. But nothing that would stop us from coming back. We love the OBX ❤️

Great place! Six adults fit nicely. Quick walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. Pool area was nice. Resort Realty was very responsive and great to work with. We were there during Hurricane Erin and they gave daily updates and kept us informed. We had a great trip!

The location was as described. Pool was nice and clean.

Just what I wanted, a quiet location but close to everything. Perfect for a sleep vacation to relax and refocus.

Great property! Property was exactly as described and pictured. Great location. Comfortable beds and living area. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, including extra trash bags, dish detergent, hand soap, etc. that we normally have to bring along to other OBX properties. Great stay overall and would return in the future!

Very Good Great condo! Exactly what we needed for family of 5 adults. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Pool was refreshing and always clean. Highly recommend. Only issue was that the dryer took forever to dry our towels.

Would Stay Again! We spent a week in Kill Devil Hills and this condo unit did the trick! It's a short walk to the beach and you're around a lot of restaurants, stores and mini-golf. Also, since you're in the "middle" of the Outer Banks, we were able to drive to Hatteras and Corolla in about 1/2 hr. The unit was exactly as described: clean, large rooms, Roku TV's in every room, nice balcony with chairs and tables, nice pool. The beach gear really helped out (chairs, umbrella's, boogies boards, etc.) since we didn't need to haul all that with us! You'll need to bring any spices for cooking with you, as only salt and pepper was there, but all the utensils needed to cook meals. Would stay there again.

Great place to be near it all We found the unit to be as described, no surprises! Comfy beds, large rooms, well appointed. Kitchen had all you need to cook but nothing was left from previous visits, like spices, only salt and pepper. Location was excellent if you want to be around the restaurants and stores. 5 minute walk to the beach was awesome. Pool is nice but had to have maintenance come and clean it out first day. All in all, I’d stay here again.

Very Good Mostly clean. Comfortable furniture. One of the best places we’ve stayed in OBX over the last 9 years
