Reel Good Time Great location. Good value. Wonderfully stocked kitchen. Thankful to have linens and towels included. Living room furniture is very well worn - needs replacing. Well appointed bedrooms with ery comfy beds. Had to put in maintenance call. Took a couple of days to get repair but the issue was resolved. Had to vaccum upon arrival as carpets were sandy. Liked the decor. Condo felt very welcoming. Will highly recommend to others. Resort Rralty was great!

We had a great time and it was perfect for our combined family. Walk to the beach, nice pool and seafood next door! Great memories made.

Vacation 2025 We have been coming to outer banks for more than 25 years. This is our first stay with Resort Realty. The condo was beautiful in a great location and was very clean and kitchen was very well equipped when we did cook and not eat out. Our only suggestion is the bush at the entrance makes it very hard to see cars coming down the beach road.

Vacation I love the condo. It’s so nice and quiet and it makes me feel like I’m home. I will definitely would like to stay there again and I would recommend it to my family and friends. I definitely would give it a rating of above a 10.

Vacation I would recommend anyone to stay at Reel Good Time. It has been an absolute pleasure to be able to go after a day of activities to come back and relax in a place where it feels like home. This place is outstanding and meets all our needs. I like the idea that we don’t have to eat out every night and we can cook. If I could give it a score I would give it above a 10.

Leisure The condo was top notch. Didn’t find anything wrong with it. Location was great. Everything was so clean and so comfortable. I really felt like I was home instead of being in a hotel. I really loved the and would like to be able to rent it again in the spring.

Excellent stay Nice place, the elevator was god's send with my mother having issues walking. Ocean access was great. Pool was god's, lots of bugs in it.

Fantastic time at Reel Good Time I was visiting the Outer Banks with my dog. We had a wonderful stay at a Reel Good Time. The property was a block off the beach and had a great location in Kill Devil Hills, near many restaurants and shops. It was just me and my dog so the condo was bigger than what we needed but it did help us feel at home. The condo was extremely comfortable, both inside and outside on the balcony. The balcony does have a small view of the ocean but the best part is just hearing the waves as you are relaxing. The kitchen has all kinds of gadgets that you would need, coffeemaker, keurig, toaster, blender, teapot, etc. There is a washer and dryer just off the kitchen which is great after a day at the beach. The bedrooms are fairly large. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets available. As far as the bathrooms, they were clean, had good counter space and had lots of bars/hooks to hang towels and clothing. We would definitely come back if given the opportunity and recommend that others come and check it out.

Excellent Loved our time at Reel Good Time! This rental exceeded all expectations! Loved the atmosphere and amenities! Will definitely vacation here again! The location was perfect and the close proximity to the beach was just icing on the cake!

Great Week What a nice condo. Space for the grown ups and the kiddos. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to the beach and restaurants. Glad we could also utilize the pool. We liked the keyless entry and that you needed a code just to enter the building. That gave us an added feeling of safety. Elevator was a plus! Remote in the bunk room didn't work (probably needs batteries) and the dryer definitely needs a fix. We had to set the dryer 4 times minimum just to dry a load of clothes. Overall we had a great week and made a lot of memories.

Very Good We really enjoyed our stay recently in our family vacation at the Reel Good Time! Overall, the rental was exactly as pictured/described. It was very nice to have keyless entry, a nice-sized private balcony, the building’s pool and the fully-stocked kitchen. We did not have to contact management for anything while there so I cannot comment on communication with them. I would say the only drawback was there was no hand soap for the bathrooms upon arrival, so make sure you bring your own soaps and dish detergent. The location is great-only a short walk to the public beach access and plenty of restaurants and shopping options in very close proximity! Overall we were happy with our stay!

Great Experience Wonderfully decorated and comfortable, cozy condo. Kitchen well stocked with supplies, walking distance to beach and many restaurants! Elevator was clutch on move in/out day and when tired from the day at the beach. Pool is nice--could use more chairs around pool area, but that is probably HOA. We had a Reel Good Time at the condo and even had some luck with fishing!
