Layout of the house was perfect for our family, kids and their toys all stayed downstairs. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great access to the beach and restaurants.

Beautiful Beach Home Almost perfect beach home! Everything is just like the pictures! Beautiful home. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and ice cream! Beach access is super close. Pool and Hot Tub were so much fun! The only thing to note is the bunk room on the bottom floor gets a little warm. A fan would be helpful. I would definitely rent this home again!

Great house steps from beach We stayed with our 2 kids, our friends and their two kids. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the close beach access. The house was comfortably sized for 8 people. It is centrally located with several restaurants within walking distance.

Vacation Out of all the houses we have rented over the past 30 years, this was probably the most well-equipped house ever. The floor plan was great, furniture comfy, and the elevator was a godsend when unloading and leaving. Beach access was close, too. And it was the first house to ever have directions for using the TV!

Kollin Tim in August 2023 Great location. 50 yards from beach access. Five minute walk to ice cream. Holy Cow. 3 minute walk to a Food Dude. House pool is big enough for our group. Same for hot tub. Interior of house was very clean and furniture was comfortable. WiFi signal was very good and all smart TVs worked well. Be sure to bring passwords with you. Appliances-Only downside. Washer and dryer are old and make a lot of noise. Washer stopped in middle of cycle but eventually started working again. Fridge and stove/oven are ok but could use upgrade. Overall an A- for the week. I would recommend.

Wonderful!! We had a wonderful time at killin time!! There was plenty of room for all and an excellent location!! We will definitely be back again!

Very Good Love how conveniently close this house is to the beach, yet it also includes a pool and hot tub for those that just want to hang at the house. And of course for those of us aging or with medical issues, the elevator is a must just to get the food for 10 up to the 3rd floor. My only suggestion /additional comment that i haven't already provided to Jackie when placing it in a hold status for next year is given it sleeps 10, it would make alot of sense to provide a few crock pots in the kitchen as it is extremely difficult/impossible to find a place to eat for 5 kids (under the age of 10) and 5 adults!

Killin Time The house is just a short walk to the beach entrance. It’s about 3-4 houses away which only took about 5 minutes to get onto the beach. The pool and hot tube at the house was clean and the perfect size for our family. Having the elevator in the house really helped the first and last day with moving luggage around. Also the arcade machine was a big hit with both the kids and the adults. The house was great for what we needed but could use some small updates. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Love this beach house! This rental was perfect for my family’s beach vacation. Well equipped and so convenient to the beach. Enjoyed the pool after day at the beach. Very clean and loved that I dog bring my dogs.

Excellent This unit/home was ready and clean by the required check in time:) We loved the layout, location, and all this home had to offer. Other than the alarm pool, which we called on and received immediate professional service from Rich (maintenance) on - we never had to call maintenance again. We have been vacationing in OBX for years - but this is the first time we were so pleased with the home that we have already booked for next year. Thank you!

GREAT VACATION! Killin Time was a great house. We had 5 adults, 2 kids and a dog. There was more than enough space for everyone to hang together or get some private time. The beds are super comfy and the Arcade game was a HUGE HIT. The walk to the beach is convenient and easy as well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. We walked to Miller’s for breakfast and dinner. Great home!

Good Close to beach access. Good view of ocean from deck. Has what you need. Could use a refresh.

Excellent Perfect beach house for our family vacation! Location is excellent. The house and pool were exceptionally clean! The elevator was a must for our family member who is disabled. Many thanks and loads of praise to the local fire department for lending beach wheel chairs, free of cost, to disabled visitors. It was great to find a place that was able to accommodate our entire family!

Killin Time We had a wonderful at Killin Time! The house was roomy enough for all of us and while we were at the beach, we definitely enjoyed our time back at the pool. The hot tub was replaced during our stay and the guys were quick and efficient! The removal of the old tub and the install of the new one took less than 8 hours. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home away from home! Loved the house! Perfect space and the elevator was a bonus! We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and the pool the most. Hot tub is old but the pool guy said it he new one is on back order and it didn’t take away from the wonderful week.

Awesome Time First family beach vacation in 20 years...We loved the laid back atmosphere of the beach and community. The house was perfect for our family and the Realtor was awesome to work with when making our reservations. We loved the Outer Banks and will definitely be back.
