THIS IS THE PLACE STAY! We hosted our wedding at this event home, and I couldn't recommend it more. The home had plenty of space for all my guests to stay comfortably and have lots to do in and around the house. From the movie room where we watched many games of Jeopardy to the pool in the backyard that we all jumped into after the wedding. Not to mention the beach access that we would easily walk out to and jump into the waves or take a walk on the beach. I truly enjoyed this home and would recommend it to all. My absolute favorite part of this home is the living room/kitchen area. We were able to host all 40 guests around the two massive tables there and cook for all 40 people with no problems.

Excellent The house was amazing. The kitchen amenities were outstanding. We had everything we needed and more. The house was clean and the layout of the house suited our family well. We had the perfect week and would definitely stay in this home again.

Amazing home and room for everyone We had an amazing vacation. Great location, great home, with many great extras. The Theater room was a big hit; the kitchen was stocked with everything you need and more. The house was very clean and ready for our stay.

Amazing! The house and location was perfect for our family needs. It was thoughtfully built with families in mind. the upper level for the kids was perfect to keep them close but allowing them some freedoms that they enjoyed. The weather was poor most of the week but thankfully we had this house to keep us entertained until the sun came at late in the week.

Family Reunion at the Beach This house is amazing. We had 30 people under 1 roof and there was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was remarkable, having 3 refrigerators, 2 stoves, and 3 dishwashers made making meals easy. There is plenty of space for large gathering and small areas for time to yourself. Of course the pool and the beach were everyone’s favorite space!

Perfect Wedding! We had my daughters wedding here on valentines day. It was cold, but there was plenty of space to have the most beautiful perfect wedding right inside. Highly recommend this property for any large family gathering. Even with 40 people inside it never felt crowded. Stunning views created the most beautiful pictures even though we couldn't convince the bride to go to the beach. This property is stunning

Wonderful Hokiday Experience Our family enjoyed our holiday Christmas. A very spacious home. Lots of entertainment. Our family enjoyed many hours of fun playing the games that we would normally see at our local sports bar. The location of the home was perfect. Cooking meals will never be the same. The kitchen provided everything we needed, and things we didn't know we needed.

Great House Our 37 family reunion attendees loved the house. The kitchen was well organized for cooking for a large group, the dining tables were great as we never needed extra room and the patios on the back of the house had great views of the beach. Everyone gave the house a rave review. Some of the bedroom showers had challenges with hot water but the management company was very responsive and fixed the problems right away. The beach rental company set up the tent cover and 6 chairs early every morning and took it down at night, making it easy to just plop yourself down on an chair and enjoy the beach. Wonderful experience!!

Great house with a small pool This house was fantastic in terms of many rooms and beds to accommodate our large family. The kitchen is large enough for a dozen people to be working, which we often had, and the walk-in pantry and multiple fridges were plenty of room for us (34 people). The living area was great size with plenty of room for groups to spread out and play games, watch TV, do puzzles or just talk - all without disturbing each other. Really enjoyed the dune deck with sun shade as well as the whole house sound system (even by the pool too). Our only negatives are that the pool is quite small for such a large house which I expect will be a turn off for groups with lots of small children. There just won't be enough room for everyone. And it's a little annoying that you can't reach the backyard from the second level deck so as a result the second floor rec space was hardly used. Lastly, it would have been nice to have a fridge outside at the pool area. We had to setup a cooler and haul ice as needed when there's plenty of room for a small fridge for drinks. Still a great house overall and we really enjoyed our stay.

Vacation Stay We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. We were the first family (from what I understand) to stay at Wench's Pad 4 and being a new home, there were kinks we experience while there. Your staff was quick to respond and very personable and customer oriented. I asked him about a broom, dust pan and can opener and he quickly brought it to us. The plumber responded quickly and got us hot water. We did not tell him about the low water flow (3rd floor bathroom), we didn't want to keep calling, especially during the Easter holidays. I didn't ask the others about water flow in their bath sinks, but the water flow in the kitchen was great. Again, I understand about anything that is new and they will be things that needs to be addressed, but we still love the accommodations and love that it was new and no pets allowed. I met with all family members and explained all safety issues while staying in Kitty Hawk. We took care Wench's Pad 4, like it was our own!
