Has more than you need House has everything you need. Would book again.

Fabulous house Our family loved staying at the Kraken. The amenities at the house are amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils. Pots,pans everything. The details of anything that you can think of are at this beautiful house. The elevator is a great addition, especially for the luggage which is always a pain to lug up and downstairs. The walk to the beach is short and you’re right in the middle of restaurants and shopping. We could not have been happier with this house we’ve already booked it for next year. Thank you again.

Excellent The home and amenities were excellent. Had a wonderful week at the beach. Would definitely refer family and friends to this beach home. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. The home had everything you would need and more for a week on vacation. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Great home away from home. We had yet another good stay at the Kraken the home has so much to offer and its a well cared for home. However the mattresses REALLY need to be upgraded. For that reason we have chosen to stay at another home next summer. My husband barely slept.

Amazing vacation home! This was our first time staying at The Kraken and we absolutely loved it! We had a somewhat large group coming with us (12 people including a toddler) and the house was perfect for all of us. The beach was also a very short walk away (less than five minutes). Some parts of the house weren’t exactly as the pictures showed, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The only issues we had, all of which were minor, was our CO2 alarm’s battery was low, so it was going off for a little bit (was quickly fixed), one of the bathroom sink faucets and a shower head were dripping, and the elevator had a weird smell (kind of like cat pee and rubber). We really appreciated the amount of baby stuff that was available to us, as well! It made packing for vacation much, much easier. Here are some other issues: the bunk beds were extremely squeaky; many screens on the windows were torn or just missing completely; the door on the lower level (the one you put the code in) was very difficult for us to open upon arrival; there were broken blinds in the bathroom on the lower level, allowing anyone outside to see in. Even with these little problems, my family and I had an amazing time at The Kraken. Everything provided by Resort Realty was amazing! We all definitely recommend this property!!

stay at the Kraken Way above our expectations!!! Super clean convenient to everything, walking distance to everything also. Would highly recommend to all wanting an all inclusive turn key stay.

Great house in an excellent location This house everything you need and more. From a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of entertainment. All TVs are smart TVs, plenty of pool toys/accessories, games for rainy days or relaxing in between beaching or pool time. There are many walkable locations to this home including restaurants, a pizza place, ice cream shop, brewery, and a CVS for little odds and ends. I would 110% recommend this home!

Perfect for a family We loved staying at the Kraken. It had all the "things" we needed. The dog run was great and easy to access. The home was well furnished. There was something for everyone to do. From endless dvds, video games, pool table, beach supplies, blender on the lower level. Close to the beach and restaurants grocery etc. We would definitely visit again. The elevator was a nice touch for moving in and out.

Hagan Family Vacation The Kraken was a beautiful house that provided plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 one year old children. Great location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the newer appliances were great. Everyone loved the bottom floor for gathering at night after the children went to sleep. Didn't get to swim in the pool due to the water still a bit cold but was able to use the hot tub. It was still nice to have the pool for sitting around both during the day and at night. Really appreciated the gates upstairs and on the 2nd floor balcony. The dog area was also perfect so that your pet had a play area. I would highly recommend this house and would be interested in renting it again.

Comfy for large group My family enjoyed this house very much. There is enough space and plenty to do in this lovely house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner and plenty of silverware and dishes. The location was perfect for walking of the dogs.

First Time Stay Great beach access. Great access to stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped.

2nd Year Staying Here Layout is great for our large family. Games and kid friendly. Dog area and gates are greatly appreciated. Kitchen needs some upgrades, utensils and pans. Overall, a great place.

Excellent Kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. Only problem we experienced was dishwasher is old and doesn't clean very good. All can openers found were broke or not working. However, we were able to work around these issues. Has enough dishes/baking items to house several homes. We could have left several things at home if we'd know how well stocked it was. House has every kind of DVD that you could ask for (adults/children). Loved how a small section of the side yard was fenced in for dogs and accessible from the 2nd fl.

Family Beach Trip Home is very well equipped and the elevator is a huge plus. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor furniture was very nice. The place was very clean.

Great Family House This house was the perfect set up for our large family. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size and it had two living areas. The best parts were having an elevator to help with groceries and beach supplies. The best part was having a nice size pool to come home to after a long day at the beach!

Everything We Hoped For This house was everything we hoped for. A beautiful pool, nice open floor plan, pool table/rec area and pet friendly. We were excited to find numerous gates available on the property for our use. The gate that is visible in the pictures on the third floor was perfect. We brought our own gates, but never needed to use them. The house was very clean and comfortable. The elevator made the house perfect for my parents that can not climb steps. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Excellent This home was one if not the best home we have ever stayed. It was well equipped, the kitchen and pantry area were to notch. The home was comfortable and inviting. Elevator awesome.

OBX Vacation The house was nice. We cooked a lot of our meals. The kitchen was furnished adequately with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool & the beach was just a short distance to walk.The house had a very homey atmosphere. The decks were great for morning coffee & gathering outside in the afternoon.

Beautiful! This vacation home is beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished, spacious, and just perfect for a family or group of friends. Easy beach access makes this home perfect. It's a 10!

Wonderful Stay! We are just returning from a wonderful week's stay at Our Promise Kept. The house was better than pictured and had every little thing we could as for. We were very impressed with how well appointed the home was. Beds were comfortable and had nice bedding. We loved the pool table and spent most of our time in the swimming pool. We liked how it wasn't super deep for the kids and for pool volleyball! The hot tub was a nice bonus too. The walk to the beach was not bad at all and there were several restaurants and stores within walking distance. My furry friends had a great time too besides the sticky balls that got stuck on their paws occasionally in the grass. Overall, no complaints. The main microwave was broken but I'm sure it will be fixed or replaced soon. We had a wonderful time, I am so sad to head home.
