Excellent

Repeat guests! We came back to Margarita Mix, so I guess that speaks for itself. We love that it's walkable to and from the beach. DQ is one house away. The sound machines were nice additions this time around because it is noisy by the main drag, but we don't mind. The pool & hot tub were great. The playground was nice for the kids. Some things not listed inside include: a baby gate, a pack n play and some pool floats. We still wish they'd put a door on the bunk bed room. Just sooo weird. We have been using a tension rod and curtain to make it more private when we go. The grill stinks. A new one is desperately needed. We could not find an ironing board. Loved having all the clean sheets and towels. Such a bonus. Overall, we really love this house... that's why we came back. It's very spacious and has everything we need. It was very clean when we visited as well. Will probably come back again. Thanks! ...and cheers!

Margarita Mix Truly a lovely, clean, comfortable, spacious home, well appointed and filled with all the amenities. Was impressed with ice in ice maker, plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Also extremely impressed that A/C was excellent, kept house extremely comfortable (we keep our home very cool so always a little worried about that). Pool, while not huge, is just enough and clean, hot tub also clean, worked great! Beds were comfortable to us and found everything needed in kitchen to prepare and store meals... Location is great as it is close to things we love; BEACH and great restaurants. Only complaint is traffic loud (understandably), but noise machines supplied and a fan helped! OBX is a little slice of heaven to us.

Great House We loved the house and the location, except for the closeness to the bypass. We did appreciate each bedroom having a sound machine to block the noise. Extra amenities that were not listed: pack and play, high chair and baby gates. It is definitely a family friendly house.

A wonderful visit Everything was wonderful we had a problem with the AC but the reality was right on it and fixed it immediately was right on it and fix it immediately

July 11-18 2020 Really enjoyed the house. Pool was so great to have! Need some bbq tools. Would have been good to know there was a kerig and crock pot in kitchen.

Family Vacation The house was nicely decorated with plenty of room for all eight of us. We all enjoyed the pool, and my adult children enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. It is an easy walk to the beach and very convenient to several stores and restaurants. The smart TV in the living room was great as we were able to log into our Netflix and Hulu accounts. There were a few issues with the dryer and TV in the master bedroom, but maintenance came very quickly after I called them. The only issue I had with the house is that it is right next to the highway, so very noisy when I was trying to sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

great house Margarita Mix exceeded our expectations. The pool area was nice with a good amount of seating around it. The inside of the house was perfect. Everything looked well taken care of. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook. The bedrooms were all spacious, even with king size beds in them. This was a great house that helped to make our vacation great.

What a delight! We loved this house! Everything was up to date and clean. Very well maintained. The perfect size for our group!
