Great find on short notice We were supposed to stay in buxtpn but with the noreaster we couldn't get there find this gem last minute. The photos slightly deceiving. There was a huge resort infront of house so small ocean view and wish the hot tub wasnt facing the road. There were a few issues inside the house like damaged drawers and windows. But overall happy with the house suited our needs in a pinch.
Our stay at Day Dreamz The house was very spacious and beachy. The bedrooms were very warm and stuffy - especially the queen on 1st level and 2nd level (behind laundry area). It wasn't because laundry was being washed because we didn't use that until last day. The pool area was great - great pool chairs. The deck on 3rd level was very nice. Overall I would recommend this house.
We really enjoyed the house, The kids had fun in the pool. At first, I was a little hesitant because it’s close to a main road, but once we were inside, it was so serene and peaceful. The only downside was that the check-in time its later than what I’m used too , and the checkout was pretty early, so it didn’t feel like we got a full day. But we still had great experience. The host responded quickly and were on top of things. A lot to do in the area as well.
Summer 2025 Location was perfect! It was near all the must visit spots when we visit each year. Unfortunately, there was a constant issue with the internet when we stayed. The second deck didn’t have any chairs for sitting and there was no shade at the pool area. I would have loved to had both. Other than that it was a nice home. I loved that there was an outside shower, a fridge on the bottom floor and a door that lead to the bathroom from the pool area. I would consider staying at this home again and would recommend.
Great House We had a great stay at the house. Had a few issues with the pool from contractor not covering it while installing fencing, deck, etc. Paint chips, saw dust, wood chips and nails inside the pool. Also, used nails installing deck boards that didn’t go in deep enough. Screws are normally used for installing deck boards. Manager was quick to respond and the pool service did a great job to get us so we could use the pool. The house is well equipped for everything you could possibly need. We’d definitely stay at this property again, just for the manager and pool service. Unbelievable at responding in a timely manner. Perfect location!
Great place for team retreat Great location, spacious, clean. An excellent place for a small staff retreat with six bedrooms and bathrooms.
OBX Golf Trip The house was very accommodating and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Sals pizza was amazing. The ocean view was amazing in the morning and just before sunset. Debbie was a gracious house answered all of our questions in a timely manner.
Good Property Great location and good property. Stayed in October for a golf trip. Worked out great for us. Only recommendation I would encourage is to upgrade some of the beds. Felt they were a little old and could use an upgrade. Otherwise a great place

Enjoyed our stay We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house and amenities were great for our family. The proximity to the beach was also excellent to walk back and forth when needed.
