Wonderful time We loved everything about this house. It was perfect for 6 of us and our grandpuppy. The games made our trip even more fun. GREAT HOUSE!

Excellent Great house very clean and had everything we needed.

Our home away from home in OBX! My sister and I have stayed in this lovely home in the Outer Banks for the past two summers, and it has truly become a place we look forward to returning to each year. The accommodations are cozy, clean, and well maintained, allowing us to relax and feel at home from the moment we arrive. The Resort Realty staff have always been friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful - from minor assists during our stay and even afterwards, when I needed a forgotten item mailed to me - they are always responsive and kind. The location is fabulous - just a couple blocks to the beach - and if you forget your beach chair, they have you covered. The home itself has everything we need, and then some. It is well decorated, and the bedrooms are comfy with plenty of space to unpack. On the off-rainy day, there are puzzles and games to keep us entertained. We especially love the hot tub, which is perfect for relaxing, the upstairs porch swing for morning coffee, and the fact that it is pet-friendly, so we don't have to leave any furry family members behind. We really appreciate the care that the owners have taken to fully stock the kitchen for cooking and hosting dinner. Having everything we need to prepare and enjoy mealtime together makes the stay with our family even more special. We can’t recommend this rental highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Best beach house This is the perfect beach house for our family. We have stayed here for 3 years in a row. It’s the perfect size. I love that they allow dogs. The house is very well maintained and has so many fun games and things to do.

Perfect house! My family and I had a wonderful beach week at Labs and Crabs. It had all the items we needed. It did not feel like dogs stayed there. We took our two labs and it was the perfect set up. The only problem we had was the hot tub not being serviced mid-week (Wednesday). We called maintenance and they said they were overwhelmed with calls. The storm didn't hit until the evening hours. This was kind of a bummer as this was one of the reasons we picked this house and we didn't get to use the hot tub on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. However, we would recommend this house to others!

Perfect stay This house is so cute. Walking distance to the beach. Clean and looks like they just painted. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Excellent Extremely clean and well appointed beach house. We enjoyed the nice new appliances and comfortable beds. The kids loved the game room. Great location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants.
