Excellent Comfortable home for our family beach vacation. This house offers access to a dock on the canal, which was great. We rented kayaks and were able to kayak in the evening to view the sunset from Colington Harbor- which were stunning! Appliances in kitchen are all new, and the 3 season rom is a nice place to relax without bugs.

Great time We had a great time! The house had plenty of room! 5 adults and 2 small children. The baby gate came in handy! The kitchen had everything we needed.
Sound's Perfect - A great place to be Sound's Perfect in Colington Harbor, Kill Devil Hills is really a great place to be. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. The house and garden are very well maintained and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable here and really enjoyed the great location right on the canal. The gated community offers access to the community pool, which is beautifully located on the sound side. If we come back to the Outer Banks I will check whether the house is available again.
Such A great place to vacation at This house had everything we needed. Such easy check in. We had no problems at all during our stay. I would definitely stay at this house again.
Great place to stay We absolutely loved “sounds perfect” it was quite and the perfect distance to be outside the businesses of the beach but close enough it didn’t take long to get to all the attractions. We’ll definitely be booking again.
