The place was perfect, very spacious with everything you need to cook. Only thing i would recommend is a clothesline down stairs for towels and bathing suits. People were talking about a pool, was there a pool for us to use. Owners take great care of their place.
Truly Peaceful We loved this house! The layout was so thoughtful and made for a really easy share with family and friends. Also a major plus that it was pet friendly as we never travel anywhere without our frenchie. Location was also great. Close to all the great restaurants, shopping, an easy walk to the beach or a short 20 min drive to the 4x4 on Coquina. There were pictures of the expected layouts of the kitchen cabinets inside the cabinet doors which I’d never seen before and was super smart and handy for reloading dishes after wash. House had everything we needed! Only feedback is that it would have been really nice to have a full length hose to rinse things off in the driveway, also the outdoor shower is right under the neighboring house’s window so couldn’t actually shower in there - just rinse. No big deal but just for awareness! Would 100% stay here again. It was super clean! It’s very clear that this house is well loved and used by a sweet family. 10/10!
Wonderfully Equipped House Everyone in our party loved this house. It was thoughtfully well equipped. I would recommend this house to anyone. The ground level area with hammocks and sand was everyone’s favorite spot.

The house was just as described and perfect for our family! The location is close to everything! Only a short walk to the beach which was fine for 6 adults. We ate at several local restaurants and used local grocery stores.
A House Worth Booking! This is our second year staying at Peaceful Easy Feeling. What a great house! The location is excellent. The house is clean and offers all of the essentials you need for vacation. We love it here!

Family vacation Our group was very satisfied with this house. It was in a great location and very clean. Kill Devil Hills is a wonderful area with plenty of things to do for all!
Great vacation! This was such a great home to spend our vacation in OBX. It has a nice, big, open living area. Loved sitting outside on the decks or under the house. Short distance from the beach. Very happy with our time here. Would book again! Only downside was we couldn’t check in til 6, which was a little late - but we didn’t pay for early check in which was an option.
Great stay! Our stay here was great! We had a range of ages from 4-64, and everyone was comfortable and there was something to do for everyone! Only thing I would say would be the pillows could be sooo much better!! The walk to the beach was only about 10 minutes, very easy walk! Had extra things that were not listed like…high chair and bassinet, tote full of bird games, iron and ironing board, and some random things in the laundry room (boogie board, 2 beach chairs, chalk, bubbles, and other things).
Tranquility!!!!!! A place full of peace. If the idea is to disconnect from stress, I recommend this place. The house has everything you need to rest. If it rains there are interesting places to visit.
House We had no major complaints on the house as it was adequate for our needs. The grandsons loved the large 'sandbox' on the ground level. The shaded deck was really nice for reading and relaxing. The location was close to the beach, after learning where the public access was.
Easy Feeling Property was very clean, plenty of towels and linens. Lots of games and dvd's to choose from. Close to many public beach access nearby.
Felt like home We absolutely loved our stay at Peaceful Easy Feeling. The house was clean, so inviting and comfortable, I'm very happy we found this gem. There were 6 in our group and the setup of the house was ideal, we all had our own spaces to go to and the adjoining bathrooms worked out great for our families. The first thing my daughter said when we arrived was that this house was amazing and it really was perfect. The only complaint we had was that we wished it was closer to the beach.

Beautiful place I love this place. It has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The area is quiet. The beach is a few blocks away.
Excellent We enjoyed our stay, the cottage had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed hanging out under the cottage in the sanded area with the swing and hammock.
Still Peaceful and Easy 2nd year in this comfortable house. Booking, check-in, check-out very easy. Very comfortable to spend some great family/friend time with beach close by. Definitely will be back.
Great place to stay. The reason this place is great because there are no details left unattended. We had every possible thing we needed and then some. We continuously noticed and remarked throughout the week about the new things we discovered at the house. It was great! Thank you so much!

Lovely place for family This was a beautiful well-kept place to spend time with family. The beach is a few blocks walk away. There is plenty to do inside on a rainy day, as it is well-stocked with games, books and DVDs. My granddaughter loved the sand area under the house. It was a great place for our family get-together.
