Exactly what our family needed! The relaxing vacation stay at Dolphin Dreaming was exactly what our family needed! We booked with Resort Realty because of their excellent track record and beautiful locations! Adding a photo of the front entry screened-in room on the booking portal would be helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to know we had a whole extra room to use!

2024 vacay We enjoyed the condo. We found it safe and clean. Most anything you could need was available. The only things we had issues with was the pass code to the laundry room. It was sent to us with one wrong number. We called the numbers provided and were quickly helped. The only other issue was with the bedroom at the door. It seemed to never get as cool as the rest of the house. I am sure that's no fault of the realtor or owner. Over all it was a wonderful stay and we would stay here again when we decide to come to OBX.

Love the place! We had a blast and love the place. The pool was awesome and barely a walk to get on the beach. The only thing having 3 kids the WiFi reception was very bad. We had to use our hotspot on the phone to get apps to work on the tv.

Great condo! Great location! Nice and clean and stocked with anything you would possibly need in the kitchen. Liked the screened in porch upon entry. Perfect place to leave all the beach towels, chairs, etc. without having to bring inside the condo. Nice to have linens and towels. It was perfect for our family of four. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place and great location Very clean, comfortable beds, nice appliances, dishware. beach chairs, toys, etc. Needed to buy extra toilet paper and there was no soap or shampoo, dishwasher detergent, or paper towels but a quick trip to the Publix close by fixed those issues. Overall a great place!

Excellent I am used to renting a large house, but my needs changed so we decided to try a condo. I was very pleased with the condo, it was beautifully decorated, had every imaginable appliance and was spotless. We were in a first floor condo and barely heard the upstairs tenants. All in all a great experience. Would happily do it again.

Wonderful view Very pleased with the property!

Very Good We enjoy staying here. The porch over looking the ocean. Its quiet and we enjoy the pool. Great location, very convenient

Great Family Vacation Stayed in the unit with my husband and our two teenage children. It was clean with comfortable furnishings and good ocean views. Very close to two grocery stores and several great restaurants. Nice pool area and laundry facilities. We had a great week!

Matney vacation! We loved this place. Very clean! Had some updates in the kitchen since this picture. Beds were comfy. Loved the balcony on ocean side and screened porch on stair side. This is where we want to stay every time we come to the outer banks! Love love love it!
