Great vacation A great location and the house is beautiful!

Amazing home! I could go on forever about this house we loved it so much. The cleanliness, decor, proximity to the beach. It was truly perfect for our family of four. The house is so cozy and clearly well cared for which made our experience that much better. We traveled with two young babies, so being close to the beach to go back and forth for naps, bottles, etc. was very important for us. Also, we really loved the two double doors separating the hallway leading to the bedrooms from the living area - a must for parents who want to enjoy their vacation when your babies go to bed. We hope to rent again next year - thank you for having us!

Excellent I accidentally hit submit. Review continued. It was just my daughter and I do plenty of room. It was my daughter’s first time to the Outer Banks and the house location was great for us. It was centrally located so I could take her North and South to see all the different things and then just a quick walk to the beach. Everything was clean. We liked the big couch after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. We’ll be back next year. Thank you!

Roomy & Well Maintained Everything about the property and location was great. If I had to nit-pick, the only slight issue was the hot water in the faucets and showers was lukewarm. A slight adjustment on the hot water heater would solve that. We would surely stay here again. For folks wondering about the distance to the beach, it's about a five minute walk.

Perfect Location, Cute Home We will be staying here again. The home was cute, bathrooms were amazing, looked newly done. My family of 6 enjoyed our stay here. The location to everything was my biggest perk. Beach access was awesome, and it's right in the middle of everything so if you had things to do in Kitty Hawk or Nags Head or even Manteo is was basically a 15-20 min drive (or less) to get anywhere. And the location to grocery stores was also great. The pup friendly yard was great for my dog, the fence kept him from wondering. And my family enjoyed hanging out on the various decks.

Back in OBX Great location! Place was really well maintained and clean. Very comfortable for my family of 4 adults. A real gem! Even with the apartment downstairs, the residence is configured so that the privacy of both parties is maintained.

Loved Cotton's Cabana! Absolutely perfect for 5 adults and a dog. Favorite features were the short walk to the beach, fenced backyard, gated deck, fireplace and big screen tv. Absolutely no complaints!

Cotton's Cabana This house is between the highways and very close to a beach access. The street was quiet and close to all amenities. The house is well appointed and the kitchen is furnished well. I would stay here again.

Spacious for a big family! We really enjoyed our stay at Cotton's Cabana. It fit our family of 6 and dog with extra room to spare. Lovely house and a quick walk to the beach. Very close to grocery stores and walking distance to a bar/grill that is kid friendly. Our dog loved running around the fenced in yard. Overall we had a great time and hope to rent again next season

cute and convenient Cotton's Cabana was the perfect spot for our family of four plus our chocolate lab. The exterior was freshly painted, it was a short walk to the beach, the back yard was fenced in for our dog to run around and there was a fun upper level deck that our teenage boys enjoyed.
