Amazing Stay!
Wonderful! The condo easily accommodates a family of 4; mom, dad, and two kids. But the couch folds out to a queen bed to house two more (we did not do that)! The view from the deck is amazing, and you can access the beach within only a few minutes. We could not have been happier with this rental; we have been coming to the Outer Banks for 10 years, renting from different locations but this location was very special for us. You cannot go wrong with this rental location! The rental management or owner was very responsive to our messages…you can’t go wrong with this awesome rental!
Although the weather was terrible the first couple of days and the wind was very strong the entire week, sitting on the balcony was relaxing.

Great spot
Clean and cute spot. Balcony was the highlight, and my favorite spot. Bed comfortable, but bring extra pillows and blankets. Had a small issue (just by chance the low battery alarm on the smoke detector started chirping) was fixed promptly. Would definitely stay here again.
Great Stay
Flip Flop Time was a nicely updated and well maintained unit. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would definately stay here again or recommend the unit to friends and family.
Fantastic stay
The view is amazing from this unit, just above the dunes. Nice deck, comfortable and charming furnishings, and good AC for a very hot week. Your entrance to the beach is very close, but it's through the public beach access, so the area in front of the condo is very full with beachgoers on peak weeks -- highly recommend getting out in the early morning to stake out a spot (or arrange for beach chair set-up service). There are storage units on the ground floor, but this unit's was not available for guest use -- wish we had access to it, as it's a bit of a pain to drag all of your beach gear (and the accompanying sand) up two flights to the unit every day.
