Very Good Casa Del Sol #2 highly recommended.

Excellent We've rented Casa Del Sol 2 a number of times over the past 10+ years and love it. We appreciate the improvements and upgrades the owners have made over the past few years, especially the replacement of the carpet on the main floor with hardwood style flooring and the new sinks and lights and paint in the second floor bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay We have once again enjoyed our stay this year as we have in past years. We were pleasantly surprised with the all the new improvements at Casa del Sol 2! Th couches are so nice and comfortable. The improvements in the full bathroom on the 3rd floor are great! We also noticed other little improvements throughout the house; it's the little things... Thank you! The only complaint we had was that the path/stairs etc to the beach. The sand was a bit overwhelming, and it was hard to make that walk to the beach. We understand that we can't fight nature, but maybe a little cleanup of the sand from this area would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a great week and thank you for the lovely place!

Beautiful and spacious with many nice amenities! This property is beautiful and spacious, with many amenities that we did not expect, such as a outdoor shower and rinse area, and a picnic table. The kitchen was VERY well appointed for any type of cooking and the whole place was very clean. The only improvement needed is the two sofas are worn and very low to the ground and not very comfortable. The fan in the bathroom was not working, that would be nice to have updated as well.

Great Beachfront Property Very quiet and relaxing week! The rental is great for beach access and is close to a lot of things to do!

Review of our stay from Aug. 19 to Aug. 26 We applaud the owners for replacing the worn, dirty carpet in the main living area, stairway, and second floor hallway with hardwood style laminate flooring. The new flooring is attractive, easy to clean, and just makes the entire place feel cleaner.

Best place I've stayed at in years I've been coming down to OBX for the past 30 years and this wad the best place I've stayed at in years. The cleanliness was impeccable. The walk to the beach was short (makes a difference with 2 little ones). The beach was not overly crowded unlike other areas in KDH. Kudos to the owners and realtor for working well together to maintain this location.

The best vacation The house was awesome! The layout, the views, and the location were all perfect! Special shout out to Debbie Hartlove from Resorts Realty. Debbie answered all our questions and helped us in many ways! Thank you Debbie!
