Casa #3 I found Casa #3 in great shape. The mattress in the master bedroom was wonderful for my husband, who needs a firm mattress. I was really happy to see that there was a working ice maker. We will definitely come back.

Great Stay Our stay in Casa del Sol #3 was very nice. The beachfront location was outstanding and we were close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. It was nicely appointed with all necessary amenities. Unfortunately it rained a lot during our time there and it would have been nice to sit out on the deck but none of the oceanside decks have overhead rain protection. Spending a lot of time inside we noticed that the couches were very uncomfortable. The main couch was just a wooden bench with some flat pillows. There was also a bunkset in the lower level with a sign on it that it shouldn't be used. Not sure why it's even there? Would have a five star rating if not for those few things. Would stay again.

Incredible View The ocean view is incredible, and I love the easy access to the beach. The bathroom at the second floor is updated but the bathroom at the basement needs some update (particular the shower tub).

Excellent beachfront duplex. Convenient to local shops, reatraunts, trips to Corolla and Manteo. Very good duplex in a central location. The duplex in 1 of 6. So it's very private. Perfect stay for a small family or two couples. The unit was well appointed with all the necessary appliances. The living room furniture does need an update but only for comfort purposes. The queen mattress is on the firm side but this a personal experience. I would have no hesitation booking this duplex. Great value for a truly walk-out beachfront vacation. Resort Reality was easy to work with and my wife really appreciates the beds being made and all towels and linens included.

Loved it We absolutely loved this place it’s spacious has upstairs and downstairs little mini house the decks overlooking ocean is were we spent our time listening to waves crash watching surfers very nice . I only have one complaint and that is it has 1 queen bed and a twin bunk bed and a twin we went with 2 other adults . But other than that I would go back .

Outer Banks 2024 The condo was the perfect size for our vacation. Loved that we could just walk out and simply cross over the dunes to get to the beach, all of about a one minute walk. We were blessed with beautiful weather for the entire week. Hope to be able to go back again.

Excellent We really enjoyed Casa del Sol 3. It fit our family of 5 adults really comfortably. We also have a family member that utilizes a wheelchair and he was able to access the bottom floor for the week. We absolutely LOVED the views from both decks and spent a lot of time on each of them. Great location as well.

Excellent Quiet (at least in October), restful, clean accommodations right on the ocean. The rocking chairs on the porch are the perfect touch for a relaxing week. Close proximity to Publix grocery store is the cherry on top.

Excellent We loved Casa del Sol 3. It had such a homey feel and was perfect for our family.

Cozy Beachfront Townhouse This is a clean, quaint space. The three levels and two beach front decks allow space for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with adequate supplies. The location is nice..just steps from the beach and very close to the Food Lion and Belk shopping center. Just a few blocks down from Awful Arthur's, which is very good! The decor is a bit dated, but the value for the location and amount of space is good. We had a very good time and would love to return!

Perfect get away for whole family Wow, can’t get any closer to the beach, the house was very clean, couldn’t ask for a better view, perfect trip for the 3 generations of family that stayed. Will come back again, thanks for making my first vacation in over 10 years perfect, it felt like I’d been away a month. AA++

great location So close to the ocean. Sleeps many people. Dated but good deal for the money.
