A great air bnb! We loved our stay!!! Watched football on Saturday in the garage and played games! GO VOLS, and then made our way downtown which was really close by! Very clean and had everything we needed! Will definitely stay again!! Thanks for having us!

Really enjoyed my stay. Great location. Clean and the host were great. Only bad thing was the spoke detector went off every couple of minutes during the entire stay which was a bit annoying, but overall it was a great stay. Would recommend

There were a total of 4 couples in our party and this house was perfect! It was clean and it is just what's to be expected by looking at the pictures. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us and never felt cramped. Kyle and Nicole were also diligent in keeping the communication open if we needed it. I would definitely stay here again!

stay in Nashville TN for 6 days and 5 nights, honestly had a wonderful time. their place was spacious and matched the photos 📸 on their page. we had 6 people over and it was not crowded. would recommend and come back!!

We had a great time at this residence. Kyle and Nicole were very accessible the few times we needed them. Uber wasn't terribly expensive to get to our destinations. The only slight criticism of the place was it's location. Although, that wouldn't dissuade me from staying here again. Overall a wonderful place..

Everything was awesome! We loved our stay! We had a girls weekend with eight of us. It was perfect and not far from Broadway. Highly recommend! Host was accommodating with a 12 PM check out. That was awesome!
Property was as described. Very clean. Bedrooms were cozy and bathrooms clean and up to date. Kitchen was very well stocked with supplies and utensils. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but we had no trouble. Would stay again.
The house was big, clean, and well decorated for Nashville. The beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of space. The only draw back was that it was 10 mins drive from downtown, but Uber is pretty inexpensive. Thank you for a great experience with tons of memories for my son's 21st birthday.
Me and my group were very pleased with this place. It looked just like the photos! Clean and spacious. Kyle and Nicole were extremely helpful from booking to check-out. It’s not far from downtown at all either. I highly recommend this place!
First of all Condo was beautiful, decor was fun. Not far from Broadway. 4 adult couples in our 50’s, first time for all of us to visit Nashville. Checked in on Thursday, everything was absolutely perfect until Saturday night. The condo next door, which is rented privately by a different owner, hosted a tremendously huge loud block party. This party even was charging to enter, scanning to enter with metal detectors. We had to call the cops as we were in fear of our safety. Cops came and told us this party happens every weekend. Needless to say with cars ripping up and down streets, music so loud none of us could sleep. Contacted host right away, they did recommend calling law enforcement’s. The next morning, trash and empty alcohols bottles were scattered all around the property, parking area and for blocks full of trash. We decided to stay since we loved the condo and location. Hoping in the future these parties cease for the future renters. Overall we would rent this property again.

Amazing place for a larger group! Comfortable for 7 people and lots of space with privacy option if you wanted it. Hosts care about your stay and making sure you’re comfortable within the space. Huge plus only a short uber or scooter ride to downtown strip!

This place was great! I stayed here with a group of eight friends and had a great time! The location was convenient to downtown, which make getting around easy. The house itself had amazing amenities- the pool table and air pocket was definitely a hit with the group. The only downside was the cleanliness of the bedding- some of the sheets had stains and red fuzz on them, so the cleaning could have been a bit better. Aside from that, the home was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it and stay here again.

Great place for a vacation, it was a little tricky getting in the 1st time but other then that it was a great vacation spot with everything you need and more. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The house was excellent! It had a perfect number of bedrooms, and my entire family was very well accommodated. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of space to spread out. We did encounter several hiccups that were addressed and the hosts did accommodate us accordingly.

Abigail was responsive and clear with instructions. The place is definitely more geared towards people that want to take photo shoots as you can’t walk to anything local. You have to Uber everywhere or drive. My frustration was the lack of flexibility when it comes to checking in and out so don’t expect any accommodations (no one was booked 3 days prior to our stay). Customer service ties into the lack of being accommodating for us and created concerns with our flights and stay leading up to the trip which was unnecessary stress. It is a gorgeous staycation for someone that wants to stay in but not for someone that wants walking distance coffee shops, restaurants, etc. As it is an up and coming neighborhood.

Perfect place for a quick guys weekend. We each had our own room. Three showers and a power room made getting ready quick and easy.
Weekend family getaway Great property, plenty of room for our family of 7. It was me, my husband, our daughter, her husband, and 3 little kids- 7, 5, and 2. The listing does show an en-suite with white tile shower that is NOT connected to a bedroom. It’s the main bath on the middle floor. Just the master bedroom has an en suite. The other thing we were not expecting is the bunk room is on the bottom floor next to the garage, isolated 2 floors away from the other bedrooms. Great townhome but the bunk room wasn’t in a practical location for young kids to be so far away from others.
The host Abigail was great at accepting a last minute request. Our original booking was cancelled by the host with less than 24 hours before leaving on our trip to Nashville. Abigail was great and handled our request quickly and even allowed us early check in. Overall great place!

We stayed two nights and this space was exactly what we needed. There was 9 of us, including 3 kids. The game room was a super fun addition to the space and kept the kids entertained. Having 3.5 bathrooms made getting a large group ready each morning a breeze. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The Uber to downtown was fairly quick and the neighborhood seemed safe. We would absolutely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations.
My cousins and I had a wonderful stay here in Nashville. The home was in a great location, very quiet and just a quick 5-10 minute Uber ride to the heart of the city. The home was perfect for our bachelorette celebration. It was clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and beautifully decorated. The entertainment room was especially great. I was weary about being able to find the unit from other reviews, but it was very easy to find. Abigail was very kind, professional, and responsive. Check-in and check-out was seamless. We ended up extending our stay 1 more night, and Abigail made the change so easy. Thank you for the amazing stay. I look forward to staying here again the next time I’m in Nashville!
Place was fine, with one major exception: THE ADDRESS THEY LIST IS NOT ACCURATE- pictures are ok, but there are two buildings with the SAME ADDRESS. Look up the unit on Zillow to find the actual unit.Google&Apple maps take you to the wrong place. Building was OK, but there's no garage parking, only outside. Amenities were nice, with a nice interior, nice features, etc. A great option for a party (even though no parties is part of the agreeement? Doesn't make sense...) They Aldo charge a $50 fee outside of airbnb.

My family of 8 adults was in Nashville for the weekend to celebrate birthdays, and this place gave us all a lot of room and we weren't on top of each other. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. We had so much fun playing ping pong, air hockey and board games in the game room. Great plane for the price! FYI it was difficult to find, as goggle took us to another townhouse close by with same address.
