I had a great stay at this air bnb! We planned on going to the beach but everything was there so there was no need for leaving! Beds were comfortable, hot tub/pool amazing and the kids had fun on the trampoline. They were also very responsive. I would definitely stay again!

We had the best extended weekend at this house. The kids loved the outdoor amenities! The pool was the best!

Enjoyed our time

Let me start by saying that this place has so much potential. Unfortunately, the pictures , particularly the outside just didn’t match the pictures. We chose this place based on the amenities, but unfortunately, we couldn’t use many of them. We booked it knowing it was farther away from st. Pete’s, but we figured with all the outdoor activities we wouldn’t want to leave. We had to eat out every night because the grill was dirty, the hot tub wasn’t full, the little putting green couldn’t be used because the cups in the holes weren’t level with the ground, and there was a missing spring and ripped pieces of the trampoline. The hosts were extremely responsive and worked with us, however, I don’t think we’ll be back. Like I said, this place has so much potential but it needs a little TLC. If I could do it over we would have stayed closer to St. Pete’s.

Great location & clean home but felt it was lacking a lot of attention especially in the backyard. Host was responsive in acknowledging an issue upon arrival but did not resolve the problem (no hot water in sinks/showers) until the next day after one full night stay. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook, great layout of the home and plenty of space for everyone. The big disappointment came from what was offered and what we actually experienced. (Trampoline padding was rotted and a big safety hazard for our 1 & 2 year olds, the rug was in shreds and many of us kept getting caught and tripping over it, most of the outdoor lights did not work and were falling down or missing). Also the back door did not latch or lock so it made us feel uncomfortable. The maintenance company that came to check on the hot water looked at some of the issues but was not able to do much to address them.

Overall the Hosts were good and communicated frequently- pleasant to deal with. My lower rating than 5 comes from the "IG vs reality" of the general condition of just about everything. I can't in good conscience give 5 stars as they asked because the A.i. photos vs what is there is night and day. Yard was a mess/ some holes in the wall/ trim falling off the door. Trampoline pretty much broken/ outdoor carpet in rags/ general property maintenance lacking. On positive side the pool and hottub were warm with plenty of toys and beds were comfortable with great water pressure in the showers. Overall we made it a good experience just inital shock of some of the house.

We had a great stay! The host was extremely helpful and responsive, especially with our last-minute booking. The home matched the description perfectly—comfortable beds, clean amenities, and plenty of activities to enjoy. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, and the neighborhood was super quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay. Our daughter especially loved the movie theater and trampoline. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for family reunion

Enjoyed a fantastic stay at this listing! We celebrated my daughter's graduation and had lots of room for our family to spread out. The layout of the home was perfect. It was well designed, well stocked, and full of super fun things to do. They really did think of everything! The street is private and only a few minutes from the beach and shops ( for any necessities and restaurants). It was a cute neighborhood with friendly neighbors and we felt very safe. The hosts were consistently quick to respond to any queries, and pleasant in their communications. We felt it was a great value considering all of the space and conveniences of renting an entire home! We highly recommend these hosts and this property!

We had the pleasure of staying here a couple of nights with some friends to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everyone loved the home as there was plenty to keep us entertained. A favorite spot was the theatre room, which had comfortable seating and a good quality projector. The entire home was clean and cozy and provided everything we needed. Kyle and Nicole were very proactive with very clear and detailed instructions to ensure we had a smooth and stress free stay. We would absolutely love to come back and enjoy more of the things we missed our first trip. Highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay at Kyle and Nicole’s. It was well furnished and had a lot of things to do. We loved the theater room and the beautiful pool area in the back yard. It was a quiet neighborhood and an easy 10 minute drive to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and when they were notified that the ping pong table net was missing they had one delivered within a few hours.

Great hosts and an even better place. Had all the amenities you can ask for. Hosts were very proactive in taking care of any small issues we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

My family and I were very happy with our stay at Kyle's and Nicole house. The house was clean, close to beach like less then 10 minutes away. Many stores near by if you need anything. House had plenty to keep family busy. Very nice outdoor area with firepit,hot tub, pool, putting golf green,trampoline, grill Station, two swing chairs. When done for the night enjoy the movie theater room. Would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone.

The house is wonderful. Perfect for a younger crowd or those young at heart who enjoy staying active, this fabulous backyard features a privacy fence and trees to make you feel comfortable lounging in and around the pool. Only the living room, dining room, and kitchen are wheelchair accessible. All four bedrooms are upstairs, the pool table, theater, and access to the backyard are located downstairs. Large screen TVs in every room with plenty of channels and Netflix to fit everyone's taste. Parking fits 2 cars in the driveway (the garage was converted to the theater), with street parking for any other vehicle. beaches, downtown Tampa, all close enough for a quick drive. My family and extended family enjoyed our stay and recommend this place.

Loved this house! Pet friendly which is a plus and a huge yard! Loved all the amenities available and the pool is wonderful and refreshing! This house is spacious & clean. In a great location, so close to the beach. Thank you for letting us have a great week in your home!

Highly recommend this great home with all the fun amenities! Nine of us stayed at Kyle and Nicole’s for a long weekend celebrating my son’s doctoral graduation from USF. It was a little distance, but we figured we wanted a good size place for family to celebrate with all the amenities that the home had to offer. There was lots to do both inside and out! Whether it was gathering to watch a movie where there is plenty of room for everyone in the movie room, being able to spend the day in the pool/hot tub and just enjoying being together as a family (great outdoor kitchen as well as a large indoor kitchen), the house was the perfect size! Nice, safe neighborhood, close to everything (very handy to have Publix within a 3 minute drive for all the trips back and forth). Have fun at your stay here!

We had a great time at Kyle and Nicole’s place. The house was clean and everything working perfectly. The amenities kept our family entertained all the time. Definitely recommend.

The pictures and the reality of what you get are two very different versions. Serious maintenance is needed. There is duck tape covering a broken window, the patio doors are practically falling off the hinges, the ping pong table net and paddles are broken. The front steps have loose bricks that come right off when you walk on them. The closest in the smallest bedroom is unfinished and full of scrap wood. The bed leg in that bedroom is broken. The balcony flooring is shingles that get extremely hot. The balcony railing is questionable, held together with painters tape, L brackets that are missing screws and held up with small chunks of cement. We were unable to use the hottub during our stay. Upon arrival it was full of debri, smelled terrible and had a really low water level. The patio was covered in debri and food from the previous tenants. The owner was placating but did not address the dirty patio and said that the pool cleaner would be there in 3 days. Not worth $8000+ for a week.

This place is a destination all by itself. We were a group of 9 men that came down for the Phillies spring training. We generally go to all the bars in Clearwater and Indian Rocks but found ourselves grilling and just hanging out at the house. We loved the theater, pool and hot tub as well as the other amenities. Would definitely come back.

Just wrapped up our vacation at Kyle and Nicole’s place. They have everything that we needed to make our spring break vacation special. My kids got to enjoy every part of the house and its amenities. The adults also enjoyed the hot tub and grill. The location is pretty central to everything that we had planned. I would definitely stay here again. Already miss it!

We had a reservation close to the beach, which got cancelled last min. Actually we were more happy with this inland location. Easy to find and we felt we could be comfy and self sufficient at this home. Extra thanx to whomever left the 2 kids life jackets…perfect for our 2 granddaughters! 💕

Kyle and Nicole's house is exactly as they advertise it. Nice quiet area to relax. The outside area, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and trampoline made it fun for the whole family.

Kyle and Nicole were great hosts! They were quick to respond when I reached out with a few questions, and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. The backyard is the money piece of this house and we definitely utilized our time there! (The beds were also very comfortable 😊). It was all around a great staycation for my mom’s 60th birthday!

The house was amazing! Everyone enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer. Didn’t have to leave the house unless you wanted to. Close to shops and everything. Very clean and organized! I would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay and our host was very responsive and helpful. There was some minor damage to the property from a previous quest but our host made sure to schedule maintenance out to remedy all issues.

The children thoroughly enjoyed their time at the location. It accurately resembles what is depicted in the photographs. We are delighted to have selected Abigail's place for our gathering. Everyone was astounded by the proximity of everything, including the beach with public parking, all within a 10-minute drive. We wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Beautiful place We had an amazing stay at this property. I took my two adult daughters and my adult niece for a girls weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with waterfall. Backyard was awesome. The media room was spectacular and we had a great time watching movies there. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Our family has been through a lot this year and we wanted a home that had all modern amenities and things for us to do right on the property, but wasn’t too large where we would be too far apart from each other. This home was beautiful and perfect for us! The backyard space was a major highlight as we spent alot of our time there. Everything is just as it is in the listing! Will be booking again soon!

It was a wonderful experience for my family reunion. The place brought myself and my kids wonderful memory. So much activity available for our kids to do inside and out in the backyard. Beautiful swimming pool… my wife and sister in law’s love loves it. We will definitely rent it again on our next and future trip to Florida.

Great house for our stay! Back yard was wonderful and the pool was tons of fun. The theater room perfect too!

The house was great with its amenities, however a little more attention is needed inside. TVs were broken (cracked, cut cords) or missing remotes. One closest was an unfinished mess. We had a minor issue with the lights and the handyman never showed up for two days in a row. Hopefully there’s no big problems that arise because I’m not sure that they would be fixed in a timely manner

This home is incredible and a great bang for your buck. The weather during our trip was moody, so the theater room, game room and pool came in very handy. I had two young children and two elderly parents with me and every found something they loved about the home. The location is great, close to many grocery stores, restaurants, literally everything. The living space was so kid friendly, our little ones loved the tiny picnic table during lunch time and were so psyched for the mini golf sertup. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my family. We found this listing in the midst of a crisis- we came from Chicago and spent the 1st night in a different rental from a different website and it was a complete nightmare and decided to leave. Thankfully we were able book this wonderful home at the very last minute, very late at night. Abigail was super responsive and friendly -she really saved our first ever family vacation. Thank you so much, we can't wait to come back!!

I absolutely loved my stay. It was perfect for our couples retreat. I think it would also be great for any bachelorette party. The home was aesthetically pleasing and very clean.

Host is very fast responsive and proactive. The house is beautiful, and a lot of fun to do. My family have had a wonderful time with stay. The location is very convenient, and peaceful. Love to come back

This was a great place to spend a week with my friends. The house has a ton of things to do and everything was clean and high quality. In many ways it looked even better than the photos.

Great house ! The amenities were perfect for our 4 kids as well as my husband and I . Easy check in , house was clean. Not to bad as far as a drive to the beach more like a 8-9 minute drive to Indian rocks beach , not 5 .. Very responsive host . A couple of things to consider if you stay - the back door out to patio was in poor condition so it wouldn’t lock correctly and was almost like the doors were going to rip off just by opening them . I did speak to Abigail about it and she did ask if we wanted someone to come out to take care of it , we declined . They may have fixed it since our stay . Also the refrigerator doors ..there is nothing wrong with them but you have to latch them together. If not you will keep hearing a dinging sound, that at least one door is not latched . We had to keep reminding ourselves of that , not a huge ordeal just something to keep an eye out for. Over all great stay! Already miss it !

Beautiful area, especially if you want to visit Indian Rocks Beach or Clearwater Beach area. There were a couple things which disappointed me upon arrival. First, the pool cleanliness was not up to par. There is landscaping debris that easily falls into the pool. The other was a jug of Round-up weed killer left along the retaining wall (in the pool area) which was discovered by my kids. A little concerning. Lastly, not sure if this is common or this Is the guest’s responsibility but the propane grill tank was completely empty and I had to stop preparing dinner and drive to Lowe’s for an exchange. I feel if you advertise a grilling area this should be ready to go for guests. The pool and Round-up issue were addressed to Abigail’s home team and resolved right away. Do not let this discourage you from renting this home. We had an amazing time, especially the kids…but the adults too!

The perfect family vacation I love how everything is kid oriented from the dinning, the bedroom, the yard, and the house itself. Our kids never got bored and had tons of activies to keep them busy. Their beds and pillows were like clouds. I also thought it was a nice touch to add in things like paper towels, salt /pepper, tin foil, everything u need for coffee in case you forgot to pack those things. Pretty much has everything you will ever need to enjoy your self and have a amazing time. The balcony was another one of our favorite features.

An awesome time Had a family get away for the weekend and had a blast! The house was immaculate. My only complaint would be the surround sound in the theater room would cut out sporadically throughout a show/film. Other than that, we had a great time!

Normally don’t do reviews but I base my findings on them so I have to. This place seemed sketchy at first because driving into the area looked crazy but once we go to neighborhood it was fine. Nice quiet area. A lot of things to do at the airbnb so kids stayed entertained. Just FYI lower table in dining turns into pool table ( did not know this) so cool. Pool hot tub, swing and trampoline, checker table, Fire-pit, well worth our stay. Only complaint is theater room the sound kept going in and out so couldn’t truly enjoy watching movies but not a huge deal to us. Everything was clean but ceiling vents could use some detailed cleaning. Plenty of Towels for pool and showering. This is a huge house but we didn’t make too much of a mess. so they do in my opinion charge too much for cleaning fees but hey it is what it is. Host was great and very responsive this is by far the most fun and clean airbnb we have been to. I would definitely go back my kids did not want to leave. ;)

Beautiful property and lovely location

This house had everything! We only left for sea food and enjoyed our whole weekend. The host was very responsive and friendly. My wife says she what’s to visit again soon.

Overall we were happy with our stay. The space was great for 2 families with small kids, the heated pool, hot tub, trampoline, swings, putting green, and patio area were huge amenities for us. We spent a ton of time in the yard and really enjoyed it! The movie room was very cool as well. We had a few issues with electrical not working in multiple rooms (an entire bathroom, bedroom, game room) and outside, and the microwave did not work. They sent handyman out on Friday evening to look into, he mentioned there had been electrical concerns before and he would have to send an electrician, who came and addressed some of these issues on Saturday evening. While we appreciate them sending someone out and I’m sure they had a hefty bill doing do on a weekend, it was a pretty disappointing experience to be showering in the dark for 2/4 days on vacation, no microwave, and spending over two hours of our time helping their handyman and electrician.

Our family had a blast!

This house was perfect for our family. We really appreciated the nice, higher end items in the house. (For example, a Dyson stick vacuum, a nutri-bullet, nice pots and pans and utensils…) The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms had multiple nice towels, several pool towels. The pool and hot tub and backyard were absolutely fabulous. We also spent a lot of time in the awesome movie room watching Christmas movies! Also, the house was tastefully decorated for Christmas which my children were super appreciative of since we were away from home on Christmas Day. We go to this area often to visit family and we have decided this is the house we will always book if available.

It was a nice location, lots of amenities and activities like pool table, ping pong, arcade, checkers, swing in the back, pool (not heated at the time), massive trampoline, mini golf, 6 person heated jacuzzi, a full movie theatre with popcorn cart. All the rooms were well furnished, comfortable bedding, plenty of linens and towels were provided. Kitchen was loaded with all utensils, flatware, had a keurig, drip coffee machine and a banging bluetooth speaker. Overall the place was well thought out. Abigail was very responsive, and helped with the sound on the movie theatre, and the heated pool. Makes me wanna buy the place :)
