Notes from your host

Primary guest must be 25+ to book.

The trampoline is temporarily out of order and unavailable for guest use. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Pool heating is available for $100/night (ask about availability before booking). Pools typically heat to about 20° above ambient, up to a max of 85°, and heaters lose efficiency below 55°F outdoor temps, so heating can't be guaranteed during FL's colder months.

No parties. Noise complaints may result in cancellation with no refund. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am out of respect for our neighbors. Parking for 4 cars max. A liability waiver is required to confirm your reservation.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.

“We loved our stay at Kyle and Nicole’s. It was well furnished and had a lot of things to do. We loved the theater room and the beautiful pool area in the back yard. It was a quiet neighborhood and an easy 10 minute drive to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and when they were notified that the ping pong table net was missing they had one delivered within a few hours.”

“We had the pleasure of staying here a couple of nights with some friends to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everyone loved the home as there was plenty to keep us entertained. A favorite spot was the theatre room, which had comfortable seating and a good quality projector. The entire home was clean and cozy and provided everything we needed. Kyle and Nicole were very proactive with very clear and detailed instructions to ensure we had a smooth and stress free stay. We would absolutely love to come back and enjoy more of the things we missed our first trip. Highly recommend this home!”
