Please note, to book this listing you must be over 21 years old

- 4WD is required during inclement weather- the driveway is very steep
- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay- NO cats please. Your dog must be crate trained and please pick up after your dog. Our cleaners are not responsible for picking up such waste.
- No parties- Grounds for termination
- No Motorcycles or RV's are allowed in this community.
- Indoor fireplace only available during winter months

Please note there are 2 exterior security cameras, solely for security purposes. One at the side door and one at the front door.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.

“From the moment you walk into this house, you can tell that so much love and attention went into every detail to make sure that guests enjoy their stay. The hosts are great communicators and respond almost immediately. The outdoor hangout areas in the home are perfect to enjoy the view! The inside is stunning, clean and comfortable. Very family and pet friendly (but so clean that you can’t tell that pets have stayed before). The home had something for all of us (babies, toddlers, kids and adults) to enjoy and spend a relaxing but fun weekend without having to leave. The only thing we needed to bring was food, everything else was already there. It’s the perfect place for a peaceful getaway in the mountains!”
