The teens (adults too) loved this place. The pool and the pool table were the favorites! More than enough room for all 7 of us. Great place. Will book again for next time.

This was amazing stay for my group and I, quick access to the beach, bars, restaurants, and a Publix of course. Our host was responsive to every message or concern we had and ensured our stay was as welcoming as it possibly could. 10/10 would recommend staying here. P.S. The Putting green can get very competitive!

Great experience! We had so much fun swimming and playing mini golf. My siblings and I played endless amount of pool and Pac-Man. Kylie’s place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was also great, close to a grocery store, restaurant and coffee options. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The house was beautiful! So cute for a girls trip. It was stocked, beautifully decorated, and comfortably slept 9 girls with a few extra beds! The backyard was a true oasis! It was a super quick ride to the beach and local grocery stores. Only 15 min from PIE airport. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing house for my girls trip. Plenty of places to sleep, awesome pool area, fun room for activities. The house is decorated beautifully! The house had everything we needed and was central to much of what we did over the weekend. I highly recommend!

What a great stay we had for a bachelor weekend. The hose was amazing as well as the amenities. The communication was great and we had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor amenities and the playroom really added a nice atmosphere. The beach is literally 5 minutes driving, easy to park and close walkways.

Kylie was very helpful and responsive. There were plenty of activities for our multi aged children to do. The home was beautiful and very clean with many extras! We really enjoyed our stay (family if 10) and highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at the house! We had a large group of friends for a bachelorette party, and the house was perfect for our fun-filled four days. The decor and game room created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. The backyard was the highlight of our stay, where we spent the entire day lounging by the pool. We used the yoga mats and pool floats. We took quick Uber rides to the nearby beaches and enjoyed the beach bars. The house exceeded our expectations, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful.

We had the best time in this space! Traveling with kids of all ages can be a challenge. Between the house amenities (swimming pool, mini golf, game room, etc.) and quick drive to the beach, it was great for our busy families. The decor was gorgeous and the house super clean. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

I have no idea how a clean, implement bungalow from the outset transforms as you walk through the door to an upscale beach boutique ‘hotel’ vibe that is still so homey! Do not let the 4 bedrooms with only two bedrooms (and no en-suite) worry you! The bedroom layout makes sense and still provides privacy! The whole vibe from the pristine kitchen to the game room and amazing dining spaces is indescribable! I do not even know how to explain the backyard oasis??? Outdoor dining, pool, lounges, mini golf and ending around the fire pit circle!!!! Exactly what you need! It was perfect for my family celebrating high school graduations! Kylie was an amazing host and I look forward to staying again and even looking at her other properties!Something for everyone doesn’t even begin to explain it! Truly the jewel of Seminole!

Just need your clothes and groceries the house has everything else you need for a very comfortable stay, lots of fun activities for the kids and the beaches are just a short 5 minute drive. The pool area is perfect for a break from the beach sand and enjoy a nice bbq, the kitchen is well stocked with all the pots pans and utensils to make great meals with the family, very happy with our stay at Kyle’s place an amazing home

Great place

We had an awesome week! With four kids ages 7-11 and four adults, the house was perfect! From the pool (so worth paying for the heat!) and mini golf outside to the game room inside the house, there was something for everyone to do! Great location to everything: beach, shopping and restaurants. We loved John’s Pass and went there several times. Took a dolphin boat ride which kids loved! Highly recommend this house! It is just as described and pictured in the listing. Very nice hosts who were super responsive to our needs during the stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “jewel of Seminole”. We used this trip to kick off our spring break celebrations as a family. The games, the arcade, the backyard kept us off devices (two teens in the group) and engaging with each other. We captured timeless images of grandmother competing with granddaughters. So much laughter. We would definitely be back.

Was a very fun spot to stay at with family, lots of things to do in the house to keep everyone entertained at all times!

Great house

What you see is exactly what you get! I hosted a relaxing bachelorette weekend and it was wonderful. We enjoyed every bit of the house, karaoke, cooking, sitting by the fire pit and the pool. Not to mention we were 5 minutes from the beach. We were able to visit the beach. The weather was great! The host Kylie really made us feel welcomed and at home. The bride to be appreciated this much needed time of rest and relaxation.

We had a girls traveling group of seven for the weekend and had the best time at the Airbnb. the hosts were so commutative and nice!. the house was spotless. there is so many different activities you can do at the house. you will never be bored. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. would definitely recommend to anybody ever coming to the area.

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and had a blast! We were close to the beach for our beach day and were able to enjoy the amenities at the house another! Oh and the beds were comfy so that’s a plus! 10/10

This was the absolute best house for a birthday weekend getaway with friends! There is so much to do just at the house that everyone was able to do their own thing. Everyone loved the house so much and the interior scheme was just beautiful! We had so much fun with the mini golf and karaoke!

I had my Bachelorette in St. Pete and this was the best house ever! The girls and I absolutely loved how beautiful the house was and we loved hanging out in the pool and how big the kitchen was! We would all definitely come back! The hosts were also very kind and answered quickly!

Had a girls weekend planned at this AirBnb and there was so much to do there we ended up staying in due to poor weather and didn’t make it to the beach but it ended up being great with the facilities provided. We had a fan that did not work during our stay and the owners had one delivered same day for us to utilize. Very responsive and kind owners.

This place was just as described. Absolutely love going to a home that supplies necessities. We had a wonderful girls trip!

Excellent location, great place to stay near clear water. Elliott and Kylie were always responsive answered any questions I had and kept me up to date. The location was perfect it was near the beach and tampa and to some grocery stores and restaurants. The house itself was pristine there was a lot to do in house: pool, pool table, arcade games etc. with a good kitchen to be able to cook anything we wanted. It’s a great stay and highly recommend!

The Airbnb was beautiful, clean, and clearly well thought out—we were very impressed upon arrival. Unfortunately, the A/C stopped working on our first night. I reported it early the next morning, but a technician didn’t arrive until the following day. We were asked to troubleshoot it ourselves after being out all day, and though fans were offered, they never showed up. With temperatures hitting 99°F, the ceiling fans weren’t enough, and the mini-split in the game room couldn’t cool all 10 of us. We barely slept that night trying to stay cool. Also, while the outdoor space is lovely and clearly designed for relaxing, we were contacted with complaints about music—even though it was played at a respectful volume between 3–5 PM. With two families and kids, some level of noise is to be expected. We truly think this is a beautiful property with a lot of potential. We just hope these details can be improved for future guests.

Place was immaculate and exactly as advertised, convenient spot in St Pete between the beaches and downtown. We’d book again 100%. Thanks guys!

A beautiful hidden oasis! 10/10 recommend

Great place to stay - extremely close to everything you need for a great beach get away. Instructions and communication were smooth sailing. Lots of fun games to keep the no beach goers never bored. So much fun and extremely clean!

I had a fantastic stay at Elliott and Kylie’s place! They were great communicator, always responding promptly to my questions. The house was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome message which made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend staying at Elliott and Kylie’s place! My family and I will definitely will be returning to thisthis beautiful property! I 100% recommend!!!!!!!

Beautiful home with so many fun things to do! This space was the perfect spot to get away, relax, and catch up with old friends. Hosts are very friendly and offer helpful info when checking in and out.

This house looked exactly like the pictures and perfect little getaway location. Fully stocked kitchen and amazing outdoor and indoor amenities. The host was very responsive and flexible. Perfect spot for a bachelorette getaway and everyone had a blast. Would definitely stay here again!

These guys know what they are doing. Very good communicators and easy to get a hold of. The property we stayed at exceeded or expectations and the kids oooooh'ed and aaaaaah'd when they first entered. Tons and tons of games. Fun was had by all! 5 Stars!

Elliot's home in Seminole was a great jump off point for a trip to Tampa. My friends and I came down for a golf trip and found the house to be really convenient and comfortable with lot's of fun things to do like the pool, golf, game-room, grill, screened in porch, and more. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great, and kitchen was big enough to cook for a group. Would love to come back and stay another time!

We had a great experience with our family with 2 kids and some friends from oversee at this place. Very great space to hang out with lots of options for entertainment. The pool was great for relaxing times. Unfortunately, it took a few days to get pool maintenance completed which prevented us to feel comfortable in the pool until it was finalized.

Home was beautiful and just as pictures. Close to the beach and the pool was good (besides having a cleaning mixup, which was taken care of by the owners). Close to Publix. I have to say the only negatives were the comfort of the beds and pillows; not very comfy Also the lounge chairs are very uncomfortable, they very much need cushions. Outside screened in porch was amazing morning, noon, and night.

Their home is absolutely beautiful. So much to do. Our family had a blast. Everyone loved the backyard. Golf,firepit and pool were a hit. Adults and kids loved the game room. John’s pass is close and a lot of fun. Definitely would love to go back someday. ❤️

Cool looking place, comfortable and fun but a bit expensive given some of the tradeoffs. Positive: Great design and furniture, nice variety of games and a well stocked kitchen. Negative: Pool was dirty from day one, and despite sharing pics with the owner it never got cleaned. There is also a non-disclosed fee to put the heater on. Communication is poor. There are too many different people replying to emails and none of them identify themselves. It’s clear they don’t talk to each other so you’ll find yourself repeating yourself, or getting different information each time. Decent location but traffic puts you realistically further away from the beach than google maps makes it look.

What they have done to this house is amazing!!! Really turned it into a OASIS!! There are so many separate areas from 9 hole putt putt, pool, fire pit and game room that there’s no reason to leave unless you want to take a very short drive to the beach.❤️
