This is the perfect bungalow for a multi-family or couple vacation stay.
Hannah’s place was great . Everything was accurate living room and kitchen was small but cozy.and only 10-15 minutes from downtown.

Hannah’s place was wonderful! It was clean, spacious & comfortable. We loved the decor, the super comfortable couch & open concept main floor. It was me, my husband and two sons. We all loved having our own space but still able to gather in that open space after a long day in Nashville to just relax and rest. We went in the summer during a heatwave so we didn’t use the rooftop as much but when we did it was great. Despite what one review said the hot tub was crystal clear and stayed that way. I mentioned to Hannah this being important to me prior and she made sure it was all set for us. The beds were super comfortable. Primary suite is way better than pictured, HUGE and private. The kitchen, appliances, dishes, etc were great quality. There are no walkable resturaunts and all that but that’s typical for any location in Nashville other than downtown but we enjoyed NOT being in the craziness. Everything, I mean everything, was a 10-15 min. drive or ride-share away. Well priced for value!
Hannah was amazing! Not only did she respond within 10 minutes every time I had a question, but the place was amazing and everything we needed! Thank you for such an amazing stay! Highly recommended for any girls’ trips or any trips at all! Literally 10 minutes from downtown!
Hannah was very flexible with check in as we arrived earlier than we expected! The place was clean and very much similar to the pictures. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Hannah was an excellent host! The home was in a fantastic location—just a short drive or quick Uber ride to both Broadway and The Gulch, making it easy to explore Nashville. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a friends getaway. We especially loved the rooftop, which was a great spot to relax and enjoy the evenings. The amenities were excellent, and the entire stay was comfortable from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hannah’s place to anyone visiting Nashville!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the rooftop were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and in working order.
Family of 6 that includes 4 teenagers ranging from 14-20 decided on Nashville for our family vacation this year. Nashville was close enough to drive and no one had ever been there before. We wanted a space that was big enough for everyone to have privacy, if needed, but mostly a big enough gathering spot for all of us. With 4 Bedrooms, 4 baths and an outdoor space with a beautiful view, this home checked every box. The first evening we were there we had a sunset on one side of the rooftop view and a rainbow on the other. We gladly sacrificed walking convenience for affordability and more space. We used Lyft for all of our downtown trips. It was super convenient to everything and our longest ride was 10 minutes tops. Loved the decor, and the home seemed to be fairly new construction. We parked our full size SUV with a few inches to spare. We enjoyed having our vehicle in a locked garage. We would definitely stay here again.
This was a very comfortable place to stay. The beds were all comfortable and the entire house was very clean. It looked just like the pictures and seemed new. It was an easy drive to get downtown to Nashville and also easy to hop on the highway to visit our friends in Hendersonville. Unfortunately, the hot tub had not been cleaned well before we arrived, so we couldn't use that feature. Hannah was kind enough to give us a bit of a refund for the inconvenience. The rooftop was a nice addition, though, and everything else up there was very clean and comfortable.
This was our first time staying in and Airbnb. With that being said, we could not have been happier!!! Hannah was super accommodating, friendly, and even did a wellness check to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I couldn't ask to have a better host! Thank you Hannah!

Outstanding spot for a reunion weekend. The house was spacious and pristine with very comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and a great rooftop space to hang out. Short ride to get to Broadway and easy to get around. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Nashville Airbnb! The rooftop view was amazing and one of our favorite parts of the trip. Every room was spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, which made getting around so easy. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and made our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!
The home was everything we needed and expected. It was spotless and very cozy! It's located within 10mins of entertainment, shopping and an assortment of dining.
This will definitely be our go to for Nashville! We loved how beautiful the place is, everyone had their own bathroom, and it was just as pictures described! The only negative was that the hot tub didn’t work due to a leak, but it wasn’t a deal breaker! We loved having a garage also! The house was spotless clean and we felt right at home! Hannah was very responsive! The location for us was perfect, it was a 10 min drive to downtown and to the Gulch. The interstate was right there and easy to hop right on! Can’t wait to stay again next year!
