A wonderful time staying at The Leonardo! The Leonardo is a beautiful cottage! Bedrooms spacious and bright. Pool was wonderful. Furniture, pretty lighting very nice. I highly recommend staying here!

Best vacation The house was beautiful, very clean, updated, plenty of supplies, and family friendly. The back yard is gorgeous with the nice pool & patio furniture! The nicest rental we’ve ever stayed at & consider going back. I’d definitely recommend this house to family & friends!!!

A gorgeous, comfortable, clean, well maintained space which made us feel right at home! We enjoyed every part of this lovely home - the swimming pool, hot tub, the upper and lower decks with comfortable tables and chairs, the porch swing, the comfortable couches in the family room and the well equipped kitchen! Most important - comfortable beds enhanced our sleeping experience! Our family walked down to the small boardwalk a couple of evenings to enjoy the beautiful sunset. In addition, the WIFI worked at a good speed for a family member who was WFH.

Excellent We just returned from a fabulous OBX vacation and stay at The Leonardo! Every detail/photo/description etc. was 100% on point with what we found upon arrival! The home is beautifully appointed and welcoming! The neighborhood is quiet. The back yard is an oasis! We were so delighted with this home. The owners have taken such great care of it. We were able to relax and unwind and not have a care in the world! The pool and hot tub were beautifully maintained and had mid-week service to ensure all was perfect. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking sound side and a quiet retreat! Working with Resort Realty was a great experience. Thank you to the Owners for opening up their beautiful home and Resort Realty for handling all the details!! we hope to return soon to OBX and would absolutely stay at The Leonardo again! Love this house! This home is amazing! Love the quiet gated community. Loved taking walks and bike rides along the sound. The house itself is super clean, is decorated beautifully and has very high end furnishings. The backyard is an oasis and if it were up to my kids we would just stay there all day.

Wonderful backyard We absolutely loved staying at the Leonardo, this was our first time at OBX in a while and we found this gem. The backyard was gorgeous, the children loved playing in the pool and practicing on the putting green. The location was great and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home We loved this house. One of the best homes we have stayed in obx, and we've been to many. The pool was beautiful, nice hot tub, nice yard space to play around, hammock, and plenty of outdoor sitting areas. At least 2 living room areas, and nice large TVs in each room. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were nice size. Huge laundry area. Firepit was a nice addition for some smores at night. Everything in the kitchen was of nice quality, including accessibility to instant pot! You can tell that the owners really care about this home (they left shampoo/conditioner for renter use at the outdoor shower, extra zip locks for renters to use, specific instructions for electronics, etc). Since it is gated, we felt safer, and the walk to the soundfront community pier and walkway was very close. The only downside was the distance to the beach, and the fact that you have to drive there due to major busy streets you have to cross. Sometimes leaving the gated community was challenging due to lack of traffic light and turns were always hard especially on the way to the beach. We found parking most of the time at the public beach lot or nearby though without problems. Even with that fact, I would definitely recommend staying at this property without hesitation.

Wonderful Place This is a wonderful place to stay. It is gated and secure. There is just a few things we wish we knew before the stay. One, directions to the home are not good thru any of the Map Apps. There should have been clearer directions. Like turn right next to Captain Frank's Hot Dogs. A few of the Map App directions took us to areas that don't reach the right roads because they are gated off. Second, This is not within walking distance to the beach. You have to drive to the beach. We went down to Jeannet's Pier as it was the nicest beach we found. Other than those minor thing, this home is really great. The kitchen is stocked so well, everything is comfortable and instructions around the home make life so much easier. Even down to all the light switches being labeled. Beautiful home. You can tell the owners really care about it.

Rainy weekend fun We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was terrible, but the house offered many options to keep us entertained. Thanks for sharing it with us!
