Great house! We really enjoyed our stay in August. The house was very clean and the pool in the backyard was great. Only suggestion would be to put an umbrella out there to have some shade by the table or loungers. Otherwise, the house was beautiful and had everything we needed for the week.

From the moment you arrive, the spacious, well-maintained yard sets the tone for a relaxing getaway, offering plenty of room for outdoor activities and evening gatherings. The interior layout is thoughtfully designed, with bedrooms perfectly positioned to provide privacy and comfort for everyone in the group. One of the highlights is the game room, which became our go-to spot for fun during downtime, keeping both kids and adults entertained for hours. Outside, the pool area is fantastic—a clean, inviting space that feels like a private oasis. What really set this home apart from the others we looked at was the unbeatable location. We loved being able to walk to the sound for beautiful sunsets, and the convenience of being within walking distance to local favorites like Captain Frank's, Big Bucks Ice-cream, and Stack 'Em High made our mornings and evenings so much easier. This home truly comes with every amenity you could possibly ask for, making it an stress-free and memorable experience. If you are looking for a perfect family retreat in the Outer Banks, this is ! We will be back for sure!!!

Great Stay at Stress Less! Cottage so nice and roomy. Pool is gorgeous. Yard landscaped beautifully! Great to have a screened in porch too! Would stay there again!

10/10 Stay We had a wonderful stay at Stress Less. The house was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean, big and had all the amenities (loved the pool fridge!). The neighborhood was super quiet and close to a trail for walking, which we did daily. Would definitely stay again, thanks!

Beautiful vacation home for the family My family stayed for a week and really had a great time both with the location and the quality of the home. The home is a new construction and has many amenities for your vacation. Some of these include a very spacious kitchen, lots of TVs, screened in porch, beautiful furnishings, a big backyard, grill, fire pit, saltwater pool, air hockey, huge outdoor shower, and hot tub. The beds were comfortable with a nice firmness for lower back support. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could need for cooking. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and miscellaneous gadgets. The location is great for seeing many sites either just north to Duck/Corolla or for going south towards Manteo/Nags Head. The neighborhood is a gorgeous gated quiet community. There was a public beach with parking just a 5 minute drive away and we found several more 10-15 minutes south that were beautiful and had washing stations. Cap’n Franks hotdogs and Big Bucks ice cream are located just outside the gate and are great stops. I was impressed with the great water pressure and amount of hot water available for our family. Some constructive feedback include the following: 1. The listing states includes beach chairs and umbrella but we did not find any. Luckily we brought our own. 2. The Arcade game volume is way too loud to enjoy. We called maintenance who told us there was no way to turn down the volume. 3. The ceiling fan in the queen room had a constant loud banging noise and we called but were told an electrician would have to come out to fix it. No one ever came out and we were not updated during our stay. 4. The TV in the master bedroom upstairs would not work properly due to what I believe was an issue with the roku device. No matter what app we tried, it would buffer then crash. Also the living room remote batteries showed low battery message and would not work. We did not watch much tv while we were there. To be fair we did not call about the TV issues since we were busy and found other activities. 5. The bottom freezer drawer seems to stick and not shut properly without an extra push. You can tell its not shut because the exterior light remained on. Overall, despite a few minor issues, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to others.

Enjoyed our stay!! Stayed here with a total of 7 guests including 2 children (5 & 8). Start by saying it was in the mid 90s all week and the AC was fabulous! The pool was great and really hit the spot to beat the heat. This was our 4th trip to OBX and the location was good for whatever we wanted to do. The TV and Video Games systens no one could figure out how to use, but other then that we throughly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic stay Very nice home with nearly everything you would ever need for a quiet, comfortable family vacation. The pool is very nice. The location of the home is excellent and away from the crowds. The home feels new and is very clean. The design of the home is conducive to a nice family vacation.

Absolute paradise! Truly incredible property. Every amenity was fully functional, the house was modern, cozy and clean, and the location is unbeatable. Our group had an amazing time and would definitely book this property again during a future visit. Thank you!!!

Excellent Beautiful home located in a lovely neighborhood. The home was clean and we loved its bright and airy feel. It is also equipped with wonderful amenities, including an amazing backyard. Our family thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the heated pool! The home is also close to the public beach, grocery stores, restaurants and so much more. Overall, it was an amazing home for our family getaway!

OBX Family Vacation Great house and amenities. Great location. 1 drawback was there was no recycle bin. I did find a recycle center just minutes away.

Incredible Stay Great choice for our family Vacation. This beautiful home had all of the amenities that one on a Vacation can ask for. Enough space for our 2 Families. A big back yard for everyone to enjoy. Kids loved the pool and hanging out by the fire pit at night. Location was so close to the beach with plenty of great local places to go out to eat.

Excellent Wow!! This house was beautiful inside and out! We had everything we could possibly need to really enjoy our vacation time. Kids loved the pool, the big back yard, the fire pit, and the game room. Spent a lot of family time playing games and enjoying the beach, it’s literally 2 mins away. All ready rebooked for next summer.

WOW…amazing property! We were the first group to have the opportunity to stay at this brand new home and really didn’t know what to expect as photos had not been available prior to our arrival. We were very pleasantly surprised to arrive at a gorgeous, well done home for our vacation! The house is pristine, beautifully decorated, nicely furnished, spacious, and laid out well for two families to enjoy comfortably. The outdoor space is also quite lovely with a great pool and hot tub and outdoor shower. The yard is huge with nice grass. The outdoor fire pit area was not done for our stay but looked to be another great addition for future guests. The house has multiple decks and outdoor areas to relax, which is very nice. We especially enjoyed having our coffee in the mornings on the screened in deck/patio area. The game room is a very nice addition and the teenagers really enjoyed this. We had a few hiccups with the house just being completed and being the first guests but Resort Realty was very responsive and quick to fix the minor issues we encountered. The owners also left a nice welcome bag and had some better than average start up supplies to offer. The neighborhood the house is located in is very lovely and well maintained. The home is not within walking distance to the beach, which was our only disappointment, due to the busy road between the neighborhood and the ocean. We did find a route to take through the neighborhood to access a crosswalk at a traffic light and were able to ride bikes to the beach in about 5-10 minutes going this way. Overall, outstanding home and we would definitely stay here again! You can definitely relax at “Stress Less.”
