Great house lots of room for everyone and good views towards the ocean. Everyone liked the pool And the safety it provided.

Nice big clean house Everything we needed. Close to beach. Would recommend trimming trees back as beach access was hard to access. House was clean and well equipped. Lots of decks with nice views from upper one. Lots to do in the area. Thank you.

Great House and Amenities for OBX Trip Stayed at this house with parents, siblings, and three young children. The house was great and had everything we needed. There was lots of space in bedrooms and living space. Upstairs had room for all and plenty of dining space for our group. There was a room on the bedroom level with pool table and games the kids enjoyed. Outside had even more amenities with pool, tables, grills, bean bags and ping pong. Easy parking for four cars. The only issue was the location. Views of property showed a path to closest street with beach access. However, they are now building two houses next door and the path wasn’t easily accessible. You could walk it but not carry beach gear over. The best bet with children was driving over or biking walking on highway for a bit. Also the front yard with volleyball net was filled with picker burr weeds which eliminated that area. Overall great house and amenities for a large group to stay but interested to see if the walkway returns when construction is done.

Family Vacation The house was the perfect size for our family. Didn’t like that it was on the main highway. It was noisy and difficult to enter and exit property. We had the pool heated which was nice since we had bad weather and couldn’t go to the beach while we were there. The downstairs bathroom and extra fridge and laundry facilities were great since we spent most of our time on the property. There is no gas grill just a charcoal grill.

Very Good This house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It has everything a family could look for in a vacation rental. Unfortunately, it was windy and cool during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked but the pool and ping pong tables keep the teens well entertained. It is a great location - close to the beach.
