Sun Daze 4759 This house was absolutely amazing! It had everything you needed, from pots and pans, to silverware, to beach gear, to the close proximity to everything including the beach right across the street. Do be mindful though that the dune to climb up is a good 20-30 feet but if you can't climb it, the public access path is a very short walk down the street. The house is well taken care of and clean. The decks on both levels and the back of the house are brand new. The large backyard was great for the kids to run around and play corn hole. Having the linens and towels provided was an A+ for me. We enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub. My kids loved the puzzles on rainy days. My only complaint which is very minor would be the WiFi. It wasn't as strong as it should for a house full of 12 people but don't let that stop you from renting here. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and we will definitely consider this house for future stays!

House and location were perfect, with an amazing view of the ocean! House was very clean upon arrival and very spacious. The path to the beach was directly across the road but the walk over the dunes was difficult for my elderly mother. Quiet neighborhood, exactly what we were looking for. Pool and hot tub and pool deck were very nice. Resort realty was very communicative and the entire transaction went smoothly from start to finish. Would definitely rent again!

Memories were made as always We love Sun daze. My dad had rented it back in 2021 for the whole family to stay in and we have all alternated rented it every year since. We have so many memories here. The view from the top deck is incredible and the best way to watch the sunrise. The pool is great for the kiddos since the ocean is rough. Another perfect week. It was clean as always. My father passed away earlier this year so this trip was emotional and much different, but it was good to get the family together and talk about our memories. My only feedback is, some of the mattresses could use updating!

Very Good Sun Daze was a beautiful home! It was clean and decorated with lots of beach vibe decor. The distance to walk to the beach was super reasonable! The size of the home was perfect for our family of 9.

Another Perfect Stay at Sun Daze! This was our third year in a row staying at Sun Daze, and it just keeps getting better. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The scenic views are breathtaking, and we especially loved the new deck upgrades—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The pool was a daily highlight for our kids, and the thoughtful touches throughout the house made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. This home has become such a special place for our family. My kids are building memories here that they’ll carry with them forever. Thank you for another unforgettable vacation. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Great Extended Family Vacation The house was perfect for all 9 of us! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill. The beach is just across the street and over the sand dune. An easy access point is also three houses down. We had a great family vacation!

We loved everything about our stay. We had a BLAST on our first vacation as a family 5 ( & our second time visiting the Sundaze!) The house is beautifully kept and the pool right off the patio is great for kids & a true game changer! The beach was a few steps away and we enjoyed being able to visit during the day and then again ( with kites) after dinner! We are already planning our trip back for next year. Thankful that our 3 little girls will have lifelong core memories of spending the 4th of July among family in the best beach house.

Family Vacation July 16-July 23, 2022 Our family loved everything about the Sun Daze beach house. The magnificent view from the 3rd floor deck facing the ocean was my morning routine drinking coffee and watching the dolphins, which we saw plenty of. The pool area was amazing. The hot tub looked so inviting but we never used it due to the heat advisory the latter party of the week. My little 7-year-old granddaughter learned how to semi swim in the pool and wanted to spend almost every waking moment we were at the house in the pool. I'm destined to live in the OBX so until next year!! Thank you for letting our family enjoy your beach home!! Cheryl Rueberger

Great home in a great location! Our extended family loved Sun Daze. The house was spacious, well-decorated and clean. And the location was terrific! It was great to see the ocean from our decks/windows and to just have to cross the street to get to the beach. The kids loved the pool too! We would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent This place is amazing. 10 friends went on vacation together and it fit all of us comfortably. The beach views are amazing and so close to the beach. We watched the moon rise and saw shooting stats every night and the sunrise is equally beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. The house has everything you would need and the pool and hot tub is really nice to have too on days you don't want to go to the beach. We didn't want to leave this place and Resort Realty was really accommodating and so friendly. It was our first time going to OBX and we will definitely be coming back and booking with Resort Realty.

Lovely home Beautiful family home with amazing views!

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for many years and have mostly rented houses right on the beach but, this house was perfect, we normally rent off of Resort but never stayed here we will definitely stay here again. Tastefully decorated and very clean loved it.

Wonderful beach experience We love this house! The location is wonderful and the ocean views are perfect. It has all of the amentities that we need. We love the pool and hot tub as well as the close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. A 30 second walk to the beach is what makes this house so special. We have finally found the house that we will continue to rent each and every year!

Nice house Very nice house overall. The views are unbeatable and we would stay in this house again. Loved the plastic kiddie pool that was available. A bathroom light did not work but was fixed. The movie collection was awesome.

Enjoyed this house immensely A good experience with the keyless entry, nice to not have to keep up w keys. A hot tub at this house would be nice and in the kitchen an electric skillet would have been good. We enjoyed the property immensely the view is absolutely beautiful. The only issue we had was that the air on the top floor stopped working but the maintenance and repair people were quick and courteous.
