Great Place! Have stayed at this house 7 times. Always nice, and pretty well equipped. Many extra amenities were appreciated. Only issues this time were way too much CHLORINE in Hot Tub. Streaming TV's and Internet is very very poor.

Great location! This was our second year at Sandy Feet Retreat and we continue to love the location, setup and style of the house. The past year has been a little rough on the house, with some flooring bubbling up near the dishwasher (likely from a leak) and a dryer that needed a vent clean out. We'd love to stay again and hope the off-season allows for some time to refresh the wear and tear!
Excellent The house is in the perfect location, has ample parking, a great backyard, and is well-maintained. We were impressed with how the kitchen was stocked with cooking basics that you really don’t want to buy on a vacation but usually end up buying. The pool was a little small if there are multiple children who want to swim and could only fit maybe 2 floats; we were a little disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated as the water was very cold despite the hot weather - we barely swam in it all week due to this. We would definitely stay there again!
Property is amazing, the house had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was the absolute best place to hang out!
Having an elevator in the house is a game changer. It’s something I never knew we needed but now want in every house.
Excellent Not much negative our group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers can say about the Sandy Feet Retreat. The house and backyard area were immaculate, and the location couldn’t be beat. We will definitely be staying there again.
Our Sandy Feet Retreat! We love staying at this house. We are all mostly getting older and between the elevator and the great location it works out very well for us! Everything is always clean and we make sure we leave it the way we find it. <we a="" actually="" and="" broom="" did="" floors="" found="" mid-week="" mop="" the=""> The only thing we have a bit of a problem with is the bunk beds but we are all adults - with no kids so we understand.</we>
Great place ! Lovely place we have stayed there 2 times and would stay there every year if possible. You can tell this is not corporate owned and they continue to put money in to the home and outdoor area!
Perfect place close to EVERYTHING! I loved the proximity of this house to not only the beach, which was a short walk, but also to the ice cream place and two restaurants that were all on the same block. This home was also very close (~7 minutes) to both Target and Walmart and was in the best location so far. We have stayed with other homes with Resort Realty in Nags Head and this one was by far my favorite. It had an amazing outdoor area with colored adjustable lights and a built-in speaker system that you could connect to via bluetooth, so no speakers were needed. The pool was pretty small, but the house itself with the location and all the perks made up for it ten-fold. We actually didn't realize there was an outdoor closet with wagons and chairs until the very last day, so will keep this in mind for next year. I don't have anything negative to say about this rental and hope to stay here again next year and love it even more!

Perfect Summer Beach Vacation Home We just completed our second annual weekly vacation at Sandy Feet Retreat, and everyone in the house--6 adults and 4 children--loved everything about it (we loved it last year, too)! The bedroom configuration is just right for our mix of adults and children. The layout of the common areas is well-designed and spacious and the kitchen is the most-well-equipped kitchen at a beach house we've ever experienced. Also, the outdoor area--including a pool, hot tub, sun chairs, a Bluetooth audio system, "party" lights, grill, an outdoor bar, and an irrigated lawn--was a great place to relax and have fun when not at the beach! Speaking of the beach, at roughly 200 paces from the driveway to the lifeguard stand on the beach, we couldn't have asked for easier access. Lastly, the house is really close to the stores you need to frequent while on vacation.
Excellent home; great location! This house has everything you'd want in a beach home! Also, it is one of the rare homes with a huge fenced-in yard that's not riddled with cacti and sand spurs. The irrigation system keeps the grass plush even in the middle of July, which makes the back yard (with pool and hot tub, grill, bar area, yard games, etc.) a great hang-out spot. The walk to the beach is nothing (shorter than some houses on cul-de-sacs that have long boardwalks to the beach), and the house is easily accessible (and findable) from the bypass or beach road! The WiFi is solid, there are SmartTVs everywhere, and there is a built-in Bluetooth audio system for the backyard area. Great for all ages (and it has an elevator for those who don't want to constantly climb stairs)!

Great House and Location Sand Feet Retreat was a great home to us for the week. It was fully stocked with all the comforts of home and is in a great location. We loved the pool and hot tub and the proximity to the beach.
Fantastic house in a fantastic location! The house and location were great for what we were looking for. Everything was new and updated. The layout was great, the kitchen was well stocked and the proximity to the beach was excellent!
Sandy Feet House was gorgeous! I was worried that the kitchen may not be as stocked as other homes since it was a new build but everything from dishes to pots and pans utensils were only fully stocked but top name brands. I also was concerned the pool would be too small and again was corrected- good size for our family and friends. I would definitely stay there again easy beach access as well Thank you Donna
Great Location This house has great location to the beach, grocery stores, and attractions. We enjoyed the amenities of the pool and game room. The house was clean and neat. We had issues getting the TV to work in the main living space, and would have liked a table for the decks to dine/relax outside. Overall, highly recommend!
