Absolutely fabulous! Our stay was absolutely fabulous! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and views of the ocean from the front porches. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms/showers for all 6 of us, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates and tools to make any meal you could want. A favorite of everyone was the hot tub.

Our stay at August’s place exceeded our expectations! Very short walk to the beach and quiet street. The house had everything we needed including a high chair and baby gate to make our stay that much more relaxing with a 1 year old. All of the TVs were smart TVs and had Apple TVs to make it easy to connect to your streaming services. The kitchen had all of the essentials and a couple different coffee makers (a keurig and a Mr. Coffee). Hot tub was a fantastic amenity. All in all, would definitely recommend this house for a beach vacation in OBX. Resort realty was always responsive and great hosts

Great Family Vacation Home Away From Home There really wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about this house. It accommodated the six of us perfectly. The kitchen cabinets were so well stocked with every imaginable cup bowl plate utensil kitchen appliance, etc. The living room is spacious with plenty of room to sit on the floor and play a game or just hang out on the huge sofa and watch TV. I think the chairs on both the decks were one of my favorite places to sit and listen to the ocean and were the perfect place to sit and enjoy my morning coffee. The outdoor space provided a little bit of room for the kids to play and then cap off the day with some time in the hot tub. The home was clean and simply decorated with beach colors (and a TV) in every room to remind you that you’re on vacation! Thanks to both Resort Realty and the hosts for making this vacation a worry, free experience!

Great place to stay !! Very happy with the location less than a 3 min walk to the beach and close to shopping and food. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything you could want m, the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Great place to stay would definitely stay here again !!!!!

Great Home Away From Home! We absolutely loved this house! It was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and a perfect location for our family! Not to mention that the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with just about any kitchen tool, utensil or appliance you could possibly need. The house offered great views of the water, a short and easy walk to the beach, and the hot tub offered a great place to cool off after a day on the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first trip to the Outer Banks. Not to mention the house was in walking distance to restaurants, Walgreens, Duck Donuts, a beach shop, and a grocery store. We rented bikes and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the quiet street to safely ride their bikes each afternoon. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Nice place and great location

Excellent We love this house and location! It has such a pretty beach and it is such a nice, sleepy little town. We love the decks, the hot tub, that there are separate floors for parents and kids 😊, that there is room to spread out, that you’ve added a grill. We especially love the beautiful sunrises and searching for hours for shells on the beach!!

Great Place to Stay! Everything about this house is perfect! Newly renovated, super clean, fully fully stocked kitchen with every gadget you can think of, adorable furnishings, cozy rooms, comfortable beds... The beach is so close - less than a 5 minute walk. If you need last minute items, Walgreens is a 5 minute walk and you are a few minutes drive from two supermarkets. Kitty Hawk is perfectly situated in the middle of OBX, so the other towns are a short drive in either direction. We loved our OBX vacation!
