Close to the beach! Great location! Clean and cute!

Vaca 2026 Great location! Large enough for us and our 4 grown children plus a friend. Pool and jacuzzi were great! Straight shot to the beach with access in front of you. Tons of room and amenities were on point, with a grill and horse shoe pit and toys for the ocean/pool.

We had a great stay at shell yeah! The beach proximity was fabulous, the house a perfect size for our family of six, and the house was immaculate. It was modern and spacious- and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. The pool and h.tub were perfect- and the option to heat the pool for the week we were there was well worth the money since it would have been freezing otherwise (visited in April). A couple items to note is that the house didn’t provide some of the assumed items when renting an Airbnb (hair dryer, bathroom soaps, a baking sheet pan, or oven mitts for some examples). Some of the items we were informed about prior to traveling down (hair dryer) so just brought along- but ended up running out to buy the remaining. Not a big deal but more of an annoyance. We had a great stay and would highly recommend! We def would stay again!

FANTASTIC PLACE AND AMENITIES Took a risk staying here and we loved it !! Loved the location , close to beach , restaurants , and “downtown duck “ for walking , shopping and sunsets. Already discussed renting this house again for next year. LOVED IT !! Pool and hot tub were wonderful, loved the view from the upstairs living room off kitchen , could even see the ocean … Fantastic amenities , and every bedroom had a bathroom. Pretty amazing place , they left no stone unturned … Thank you for a great experience .. Godspeed Ross

Love this home! This is our 2nd year at this house and we loved it! We stayed the first week in August 2023. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and it fits our family perfectly. Very clean inside and out along with the pool and hot tub. We were able to checkin very timely. I do wish the tiny pebbles around the pool would be replaced with something else as they also had those tiny little spurs in them that we stepped on. I really have nothing bad to say about this place and we will probably book it again next year!

Excellent House, Great Location Very clean, modern home. Convenience of pool and beach were perfect! Nice that everyone had their own bathroom.

Beautiful New Beach House Beautiful beach house! Plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. Nice short walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed the nice, very clean pool every day. Plenty of room (and t.v.'s) for all seven of us.

Shell yeah- wonderful vacation home Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a great vacation in this beautiful new home. The salt water pool was a huge hit with all of us. The location was good and having the cross walk in front of the home made the crossing of the busy Duck Rd a little easier to get to the beach. The home was a wonderful get away for all of us.
