Great Value We had a great stay. The pool is amazing, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. It was a great value and very close to the beach. Restaurants and coffee within very close walking distance

Perfect Beach House for our family This home was great and has the beach feel to it. Everything was clean and worked properly. The private pool was cleaned the day we arrived and we enjoyed it day and night. The driveway has plenty of parking, we had visitors and 4 cars parked with still plenty of room for more. Every bed had linen and pillows and enough towels for all of us (7). The washer was a little finicky (issue with water draining during cycles). Washes took a long time because of that, but left on water level low and wasn’t as bad when it had to fill back up for the cycle to continue. Either way, washer and dryer is there and able to do laundry. The sliding door to the deck is definitely tuff to open and close but works. Overall we enjoyed the home and would stay again.

Comfort beach home. We really enjoyed our time at White Sands! Our family included 4 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of room and TV’s in the bedrooms was a plus. Most of the family enjoyed time on the beach. But all of us loved having the pool! The covered porch was a favorite hangout in the evenings. The one complaint all of us had was the lack of a covering for the patio door. At night we felt so “exposed”. Other than that, we really found the home to be very comfortable. We have used Resort Realty several times, and we are always pleased!

Great Family Stay Our family of 4 adults and 1 child stayed at White Sands this past week for our vacation in the OBX. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The pool was a huge hit, and the pool cleaners stopped by twice throughout the week to ensure the water chemicals were correct and the pool remained clean (all while not disturbing our stay). The playground was a nice touch, although didn't get much use during our stay. The home came with cornhole, many beach chairs, two beach carts, and an ocean kayak for use, although this wasn't conveyed in the listing. I wish it had been conveyed in the listing because we ended up renting some things that were already at the house for use. The covered/uncovered balcony was great as you could get sun or shade when you wanted. This home is on the main road with lots of traffic as its the only way to/from southern shores, duck, and corolla, so just be aware you won't get those quiet mornings or evenings listening to the water on the porch. Overall, we had a very lovely stay, and would recommend this home to anyone who wants a fun and enjoyable stay at the beach with the benefit of having a private pool.

Wonderful house We stayed the week of August 15, 2020. It was the perfect house for our family which consisted of myself, husband and 2 year old and my brother and his 14 and 11 year olds. This house had everything that we needed and more! The setup was very nice and just a short walk to the beach access. The only thing that kept me from giving it an excellent rating was that the washer and dryer didn't work very well, but we made it work and didn't let it bother us at all. Would definitely stay in this house again!
