Wonderful stay My family rented this home for many years after it was first built and we got the chance to come back this year. It was just like walking into it for the first time. The upkeep on this home has been phenomenal. We were all very impressed and pleased and the service from Resort Realty on any issues were taken care of very quickly. The response time was 5* for sure. The entire stay was wonderful and we will look to book this home again in the future.

Best OBX Stay ever! We vacation at OBX almost every year and this was by far the best one yet! The house was amazing! Everything you could ask for and more! Very clean, looks very well maintained, views were amazing, and stayed entertained the entire time! We will be coming back to Cape Dreams again as I am not sure any other place could top it!

Wished we could stay longer What a nice place. It exceeded our expectations. It has it all and close to restaurants and shopping. The walk on the beach and then relaxing on the chairs under the cabana tent on the beach provided as a service was spectacular. For a large group this worked out great.

Excellent We loved this home. The attention to detail, cleanliness and amentaties were top notch. The home is spacious but feels cozy. The kitchen and game room were well equipped with anything you needed. The pictures inside the cupboards made finding things and putting them away much easier. We spent most of our time at the pool or ocean. The dune deck made it easy to move between the two. The pool side bar and bathroom were great. Honestly, I do not think the description on your website comes close to describing how much this home had to offer. A few minor things popped up that we needed to call maintenance for and they were addressed quickly & professionally. We are grateful that the owners share this home with renters.

The Perfect Getaway We were thrilled to be able to rent this beautiful home for a girl's week. The home is so beautifully appointed that we were able to enjoy every minute. Thank you for all the beautiful touches. This home is really a dream

Excellent Very clean and comfortable.

Great Week 12 friends gathering at the beach for 30 years and this was one of the best homes we’ve had. Location, view, pool and every room was fantastic. Walk up and over dune to beach or hang by the pool which we had heated so we swam every day the last week of September. Inside was very pretty and comfortable and the upstairs game room adds a fun space to the whole package.

Fabulous Vacation A group of 12 friends from several states met at CAPE DREAMS for our 20th annual trip. We had a fabulous time in a well appointed oceanfront home. It was very spacious to provide both privacy and great fun. A large group can’t miss to enjoy yourselves at this beautiful beach resort!

Excellent Friends House This house is perfect for friends vacationing together. Plenty of space to hang out together or go off on your own. No need to leave the property when you have a rec room and a theatre room in the house, and a tiki bar (with outdoor bathroom) and a pool in the yard. Oh, did I mention it has private beach access also? You can spend the day at the beach and then come back and relax around the pool. We stay in September and always ask for the pool to be heated. Up to six couples each get a bedroom with its own bathroom. No need to share bathrooms. Two refrigerators so there is plenty of room for food, and a large dining room table for the meals you prepare - if you decide to do so. Southern Shores is the ideal location to avoid the heavy traffic getting in and out of your rental property, but it is also convenient to shopping.

An Amazing Location This home provided our family with our most memorable vacation ever! Of course, the fact that we celebrated a 50th Wedding Anniversary while there certainly helped. It has an amazing location and the house itself was a "resort". We enjoyed EVERY aspect of the home, from its expansive decks, lovely pool and cabana, comfortable and class furnishings, and extensive amenities. The movie room and game room added to our enjoyment and allowed our group of 15 to NEVER feel cramped. Having multiple refrigerators and dishwashers meant staying in during this quarantine time in America was NOT difficult. We're very glad we SPLURGED on our vacation home this summer.

A magnificent house on the beach May 2019 We loved every aspect of the house. It was spacious and beautiful inside, plenty of space for 2 large families. The kids especially loved the entertainment room with pool table and movie theater when taking a break from the sun! Kitchen was well appointed, rooms were accessorized very well and well maintained. I injured my leg prior to the trip so the elevator was very much appreciated. We loved the pool area and bar and loved that we were steps away from the beach. It was easy for the kids to get back to the pool when they had their fill of the ocean. Location offered plenty of choices for fresh seafood, and local attractions. The waves were a bit rough, but the sounds and views were great. We went just before Memorial day weekend and so it wasn't very busy, which we liked. We're from Canada and loved the house. We watched the Toronto Raptors win the East during our stay at night. TV's were great with sound systems. We'll be back!
