Great OBX Vacation The Blue Pearl was a wonderful property with a fantastic location. The view from the top floor and top deck was impressive especially the sunrise and moonrise views. Highly recommend this place and Resort Realty.<br /> <br />
Very Good We had a very nice week at the Blue Pearl. It is very convenient for shopping and of course the beach. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The house was clean but it does need a bit of a refresh. There were only 2 complaints. The musty smell in the house and the access to the beach has a rather treacherous board walk. It just needs some sand built up around it so the step is not so high. We had 2 folks fall when trying to navigate it.

Very Good Very nice house, great location on the beach, easy to walk to the beach. The down side was the water pressure. The water pressure was extremely low in the kitchen, possibly when sprinkling system was in operation.

Very Good We had an entire week of the remnants of hurricane Humberto, so not one beach day. It was not a rainy week thankfully the sun was out but winds were 25-30mph and gusting. But, we still had a great time. The Blue Pearl is a very nice home, the elevator was a huge plus for us, would have been better from the level but still a big help getting groceries and suitcases up and down. Kitchen is well equipped, needs a salad bowl, but a good kitchen. The house needs some work, evidence of a leak in the living room ceiling, but I am sure gets hard wear. The pool area was great we could sit at the pool the fencing blocked the wind and enjoy being outdoors. Location is great!
Blue Pearl - Wonderful Place to Stay We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Pearl. The location was convenient in that we weren't far from stores and restaurants. The proximity of the house itself to the beach was great in that we only had a short walk down to the sand and the view of the ocean from the decks was very scenic. The house is well furnished and we liked that the house had a pool, hot-tub, pool table, and gas grill. If I had to share one "could be better", there needs to be two sets of towels per guest, not one set. We would rent Blue Pearl again!

Wonderful place to stay Our family loved our stay here because of the private secluded pool,closeness to the beach, closeness to Duck and Kitty Hawk, comfy rooms and soft beds, plenty of bathrooms, pool table, elevator, and beautiful views. The only downside was that the top floor was hot during hot summer days. But 2nd floor rooms were cool, where most people slept. Owner was also very responsive about answering questions. Thank you for a great trip!
OBX Stay at the Blue Pearl Overall, very good experience with the Blue Pearl. Mid-May trip but the weather cooperated with plenty of warm sunshine. Pool is great, but wasn't heated, so a bit chilly but bearable. Rooms were all nice and what you would expect from a rental. Clean. Views excellent. Right on the dune, so easy on/off beach. We had 7 adults and 5 babies and it worked out. 10 adults is probably the limit I would put in this house as the commom kitchen/dining/living space isn't massive.
Excellent We had a wonderful vacation! The weather was great and the home was just what we needed as a family. Everyone had what they needed and we were not disappointed!
Great location! The house is situated on a quiet street which was great for walking our dogs! The views are incredible and we enjoyed drinking our coffee on the deck watching the sunrise. Our dogs enjoyed the view and watching all the birds flying by, too! Loved the spacious couch and kitchen. The heat and AC worked well since we had both 80 degree days and 50! Overall we enjoyed the house very much and would book again.
Great stay Great house, comfortable for hosting a big family. Beautiful oceanfront views! Nice big kitchen for cooking and hosting family dinners. We would love to stay at this property again!
Awesome House Home is awesome, even better than the description and photos. This house is in excellent condition. Beds were comfortable, view outstanding and kitchen was perfect for cooking. Huge pantry to store everything. Hot tub area extremely nice and protected from wind. Our big family and fur babies enjoyed our holiday very much. Looking forward to returning in the summer. The beach in this area is super nice.

Very nice home!! Very clean nice home everything you could want in a beach house except maybe elevator access on ground level for older folks but a very enjoyable stay for our family! Great ocean views!!! Nice pool and pool table! We had a fantastic two weeks thank you!!!
Perfection on the beach This house has everything. It is right on the beach with a very short walkway to the public access over the dune. Our family of 6 adults and 2 small children got plenty of use out of the pool and hot tub. The main living area is comfortable and functional with a spectacular view of the ocean. Everything we needed for cooking was available. The master bedroom was especially large and comfortable. The only trouble we had was locating the washer/dryer (they are in a closet accessed from the master bedroom closet.)
Great location Wonderful house! Resort Realty was very helpful. Rooms all comfortable. Nice it was dog friendly. Pool is small, but nice to have. Great location on beach with great view. Private street. Wonderful neighborhood to walk or ride bikes. Very shady with beautiful live oak trees. Beware elevator only accessed from floor 2 and 3 so had to off load car using front steps. Very difficult. That’s why we wanted an elevator. Only one refrigerator we could use plus two small wine and drink refrigerators. Everything else worked great! Loved Southern Shores location .
Great Stay A beautiful home right on the Atlantic Ocean. It’s well laid out to enjoy that view from the master and several bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen is the best equipped we’ve seen. Its location in Southern Shores, right next to Duck is especially nice….a much more rural and quaint beach town then further south in Nags Head or Kitty Hawk. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Very Good Wonderful location and loved that most bedrooms had their own private baths. Wish there was an ice maker in lower level and sliding doors in master bedroom did not work. Loved the view of the ocean from the upper decks!!
Blue Pearl is a Gem Great home with a great location on the beach. Our crew had 10 people (8 adults and 2 children) and one dog . We enjoyed our stay very much.
