Great house! The house was perfect for our family! The upstairs had a beautifully renovated feel and was spacious enough for all seven of us to relax and enjoy evenings together. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals each night.<br /> The beach access was just a 3-minute walk away, which made it easy for everyone to come and go on their own schedules without having to worry about driving or parking. We brought our own beach chairs and gear, but the house also had plenty of items available to use if needed.<br /> <br /> The pool was a fun bonus after a day at the beach. We also loved that it was about a 10-minute walk along a path into the town of Duck, with its great shops and restaurants.<br /> <br /> We highly recommend this home for its convenient location, spacious layout, pool, and everything it provides to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable!

Very good The only issue we had is the door with combination did not lock properly. The door knob is wobbly. I think the door knob and lock needs replaced. Thank you!

Great Family Vacation We loved our stay at Five More Minutes. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and we did not want for anything. Easy walk to the beach and to the town of Duck. Would highly recommend

Beautiful house, generally great stay This house is beautifully and exceptionally renovated on the top floor. It is clear that someone carefully designed this space and made it beautiful and functional. The kitchen is spacious and well planned, the living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a gorgeous wall of windows. There are many smart TVs throughout. We appreciated the seating, dining space and the zoned air conditioning. Walking to the beach was perfect, maybe a three minute walk with kids aged 2-13. The lower level rooms were great for kids, and the pool was great as well- very safe latching gate. Our only hiccup was that the dishwasher didn&rsquo;t work at all the entire week, and it was more than a minor inconvenience to be handwashing everything on our vacation, especially since we utilized the otherwise great kitchen for cooking nightly. The homeowner kindly returned 5% of our fee for this inconvenience, but communication with management company was not the best and took away from the feeling of being on a true vacation. Otherwise, we loved this house and hope to return, and hope the appliances are working for the next families.

wonderful family vacation the layout of the house was perfect for our 3 families, grandparents children and grandchildren 9 in all. the pool was perfect for relaxing in between beach time. living room and kitchen well appointed. short walk to the beach. only critisms are mattresses in second floor bedrooms a bit uncomfortable, dishwasher rack was wonky and ice maker didn&#39;t seem to work well

Very Good Excellent location, well appointed, clean and generally very nice. Two issues; front door lock is somewhere between aggravating to broken and the outdoor lighting is not functioning.

Beautiful house! Another wonderful week in OBX! This house is perfect for our family of nine. Beautiful renovated kitchen and LR made the stay very comfortable. So close to the beach.

Great location! This location was great! It was a short distance to the beach. Easy enough for 4 kids ages 2-9 to walk to and from. The pool was a great size and offered a ledge in the deep-end. The outside grounds and pool were well maintained. The house was cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. The kitchen is well-equipped. There was normal weathering on parts of the house due to being a beach home. The outside storage unit had plenty of beach items i.e. chairs, umbrellas, canopies, bikes, and boogie boards. There is also a fridge on the first-floor entry, which was great for storing drinks and snacks to pack beach coolers without needing to bring them upstairs. We had 4 kids and 6 adults during our stay. Everyone had their own space and plenty of room.

Excellent Our family had an amazing beach vacation! The house was very well maintained and stocked with things to utilize for our vacation We appreciated all the kitchen necessities and all the beach accessories, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. It was a great convenience not to haul those items. The pool was beautiful and relaxing with all the lounge chairs. There was only a short walk to the beach. Our family can&rsquo;t wait to return in 2024.

Wonderful vacation house! We had a great week at the beach and this house was the perfect size for our family. Kiddos loved the pool. Two Refrigerators!! Lovely neighborhood with private beach access. Would definitely come back again!

Perfect stay! My family and I had a wonderful stay at Five More Minutes. It is the located perfectly to the beach, the town of Duck and Kitty Hawk. We could tell the owners genuinely care about keeping up with the house and it&rsquo;s amenities. There were way more than expected from the 7 smart TVs to two coffee machines and abundance of pool float/toys. We are looking forward to staying again!

Excellent Five more minutes is a wonderful place to stay spacious quiet and a dream place for a getaway. It&rsquo;s just a quick walk to the beach which adds more convenience. Our family loved every minute we spent there and would definitely stay again

Had a great time. Place was very nice. Looking forward to coming back to the OBX next year.
