Place was clean and as described. Very short walk to the beach and close to Duck.

After the storm Arrived the weekend after Hurricane Erin went by. Saw little to no visible impact from the storm in the Duck area and our stay at Timeless was excellent. We have stayed at Timeless before and as in the past always found the place to be clean and well equipped. Being the "end" of the summer period we had a very quiet and peaceful stay. Hopefully we will be back again next year.

Everything was great! When I call to make a reservation, the ladies I have talked to have always been super friendly and helpful. In twelve years at the same house, we have only had one or two issues, and they have been dealt with within an hour of making a phone call. Property Management doesn't get better than that!

Another great year! The Georgetown Sands units are great for a small family with no more than two kids. We’ve been at Timeless for the last 11 years. It’s a great location, well kept and clean. They stock the closet with kids toys and chairs. Even as our kids are starting to move out, we have no plans to change our annual stay!

Everything was great!! Everyone was so helpful when planning our stay with Resort Realty - our home was perfect and spotlessly clean, well equipped, close to the beach - and we were blessed with amazing weather!

Timeless is exactly what this is... Once again, Timeless has taken us away from day to day life and allowed us to relax and reenergize life. We have stayed here multiple times now, and feel it's our second home.

4220 - Timeless This was our 10th year staying at Timeless - we reserve the same week every year. It's a great unit with great views! There's plenty of pots and pans, the beds are comfortable and the beach closet it always well stocked.

Excellent Our Happy Place, come here every year and will continue to do so. It is perfect for us... Clean, inviting and love the special touches the owners put into it 🩷

Family Vacation This was our second year in Timeless, and as last year we feel like we are at home when there. The house is perfect for us, so perfect we reserved it again for the same time next year.

Excellent 2023 will be my husband and I 4th year staying at Timeless. It is immaculate, quiet and has everything we need and more. I can tell the hosts put a lot of love into their home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Timeless 4220 The House was beautiful!! Had everything we needed for another amazing stay in the Outer Banks. We loved this house and it's location, that we already reserved it for next year at the same time.

Timeless is Perfect! This is the nicest Georgetown Sands unit, and we have stayed in several other units over the years. Timeless offered a well stocked variety of games, had far more kitchen amenities, the decor was soothing and WiFi appreciated. The wrap around deck had great furniture and the benches on the ground level were a lovely touch. A Keurig would’ve been nice. We look forward to another trip to OBX and will mostly likely book Timeless again.

Timeless Wonderful location! Very clean and well cared for. We had a fantastic time and hope to return to Timeless in the future!

Perfect location and house for smaller families Timeless had everything our family needed for a wonderful week at the beach! House was well equipped. Location is as close as you can get without paying oceanfront prices. The walkway is right across from the house. Community pool was clean and not busy when we were there. Plenty of space to swim around and enjoy.

6th year in Timeless Great location, great end unit. We've been here 6 years in a row and will keep coming back as long as the kids are game. Well equipped.

Georgetown Sands- Timeless We were very comfortable in the townhouse. They had everything we needed, and the location is fantastic.

What a great place I actually hesitated to review this property because in a selfish way, I didn't want too many people to know about it. But upon reflection, I also wanted to thank the owners for making such a nice place available to my wife and I. We were pleased in every way. Clean, furnished well, quite, great deck, close to ocean, and beds were fairly comfortable. DVD's Great cable and wi-fi...every possible utensil and pan to cook with etc....the only thing we ask is that you not consider this the weekend before Memorial Day as that is our anniversary weekend and this place will be on top our list. Close walking distance to Duck if you are a walker. We'd go back in a minute and the Resort Realty folk were so helpful on two occasions. Thank you Owners ~ we appreciate your place.
