Another Great OBX Vacation The SandBar was very well equipped and nicely furnished. There were some unforeseen issues caused by a severe lightning storm that went through the area one night and Resort Realty addressed the issues very promptly and to our satisfaction…exceptional customer service. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our stay next year.
Excellent Unit We have stayed at The Scotts' Sandbar for five years. It is an excellent unit; it has been updated in some way each year, has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, and is in a wonderful location. The Owners have worked hard to make this a "home away from home" for their guests.
Very Good Only suggestion is to have or state that there are no beach umbrellas; we’re provided previously.
Beautiful This was a beautiful house. Everything was well decorated and up to date. The bathrooms were so nice and the beds were comfy. I loved how there were laundry baskets, a full length mirror and hangers in the closet. Little things that most houses don’t have. There were so many games and books and the beach chairs and cart were awesome to use! We definitely will keep this house on our favorites list.

THE SCOTT'S SANDBAR Had a wonderful vacation at The Scotts' SandBar in Georgetown Sands. Home is lovely, and kitchen is well-stocked. Enjoyed the breezes while sitting on their decks, which also have very nice outdoor furniture. Will plan a return visit!
Scott's Sand Bar Beautiful home that had everything we needed! Loved having the linens there and such a well-stocked kitchen. Appreciated all the outdoor furniture and enjoyed eating dinner and playing cards out on the deck every night. Location to the beach was perfect.
A Wonderful Place to Stay This was our third summer staying at this condo. It has everything we need and more. Comfortable. Always clean. Great porches on the front and back with nice furniture. We love it and have already reserved for next year!
Wonderful We loved absolutely everything about our peaceful, quiet stay. Beautiful condo, comfortable accommodations. A lot of places SAY their kitchens are well stocked, but this place REALLY is. We really enjoyed the convenience of the beach. We used it EVERY day on our short walk to the quiet community beach. The pool and tennis courts are steps away and well maintained. It's a comfortable walk to the boardwalk and local shops. Wonderful stay!
Another Great Vacation The Scott's Sandbar, our home for the week, was beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. My only drawback is the stairs. I cannot navigate them very well but that is no fault of the owner or the realty. My hope for next year is to rent something with ocean view and maybe a bit larger to accommodate more friends and/or family. That being said I had a very relaxing and restful week.
Excellent Property in a Great Place at OBX! This property accommodates 4-6 really well. It has been updated and the kitchen, living room, bedroom and beach gear are unmatched! We rented kayaks and Surf boards and walking up and down the shore wasn’t a problem at all given the short distance. The location is close to all Duck shops - we treasure some of our best vacation memories at Scott’s SandBar
Perfect Condo on the Beach We loved our stay at this condo! This was our second year and we have reserved it again for next year. It is so well kept. Comfortable. Everything we need is included! A perfect vacation getaway!!
Great place to stay Georgetown Sands is an awesome complex! It is conveniently located within walking distance of Duck. We enjoyed the tennis courts and the large pool. Everything on the property was well maintained. It was peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the beach. Paved walkway and a place to park the beach cart. The Scott’s Sandbar was perfect for us. Clean and had everything we could possibly need. Loved the beach cart! Located near the tennis courts, pool, and beach! Would highly recommend. Our family had a great vacation week here.
Wonderful stay We loved the Scott’s Sandbar. The place was well equipped from the kitchen to the beach gear! The location in Georgetown Sands was perfect, right between the pool and beach. We had a fantastic trip and plan to request this unit again next year!
Perfect place to stay The Scotts’ Sandbar is a great place to stay and relax in the OBX. My favorite thing about the unit is that it’s between the beach and the pool, making either a quick, short walk. It was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils. And the beach cart, chairs, and toys were a huge added bonus. Our family had a wonderful time here.
Perfect place to vacation! We loved our stay at the condo. So clean and adorable. Everything we needed was included. Just steps from the beach! Short walk to Duck. We’ve already booked the same place and same week for next year!!
Great place! We loved this townhome!! It is located so that the walk to the beach is not far, same with the pool. The decor is lovely, couches and bed were very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, the decks are lovely to sit on (we ate breakfast outside each morning), the swing was nice, etc. The owners provided a closet full of noodles, beach chairs, sand toys, beach umbrellas, boogie board for us to borrow. There was even a game-changing beach cart for us to use to haul our stuff back and forth to the beach. When we return, we will try to book this townhouse again.
Great Stay We had a great stay at The Scotts’ Sandbar! It is a nicely appointed home in a wonderful location- only steps from the beach and a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk. The only minor complaint is that the first floor had a musty smell that lingered all week.

Wonderful Stay We loved the Scott’s Sandbar. It was welcoming, clean, stocked with all of the necessities and the location was perfect. We are hoping to return again next year if we have not found a place of our own before then. Thank you so much for having us!
