Very Good This is our 3rd time staying at Anne’s Place. It was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. My daughter enjoyed learning how to play monopoly. I would suggest some new mattresses.

Keith Higgins Nice place. The stairs downstairs had some railing cut back making the entry to the downstairs larger than was comfortable. We felt we had to be very comfortable around the stairway opening. Overall the place was clean and well equipped. In the master bedroom there was some grit between the bed and the bathroom that you could feel with your bare feet. No big deal overall. We would recommend this lance a stay there again.
Anne's Place - Georgetown Sands Enjoyed our stay. Condo was well stocked and decorated well.
Great for Families with Small Children The house was as advertised and had a large bin of Legos for the kids to play with during the time away from the beach. The beach was very accessible from this location and only took about 5 minutes to walk (with small legs walking alongside). Duck is less than a half mile walk from this location and there are also plenty of parking options if you choose to drive. The house had everything we needed for a week getaway. Would definitely recommend to any young family looking to get away for a nice beach trip.

DUCKing out First girls trip to OBX since 2020! This rental provided for all our needs. Short stroll to the beach. We were able to enjoy DUCKing out on the daily grind of routine for a week.
Great location We’ve been renting in the Outer Banks for 22 years. We loved the condo. Nicely decorated. Very close to the beach. The only thing that would make it better would be to stock the kitchen with a griddle and a crock pot.
Great place for a small family This condo is perfect for small families. It’s close to the beach, close to the town of duck, and the perfect size for a week-long vacation. The condo is clean, updated, has conveniences (like the community pool, beach access, etc). I would definitely stay in this condo again with my family.
