Excellent This the first place se have rented and the pictures and description were accurate. Unite was cleaned and well maintained.

Always a pleasure We discovered Georgetown Sands years ago and have stayed in so many units over the years. Family Duckster was well stocked, (I blew a light bulb and found a box of extra bulbs in the closet). The unit was clean and the area quiet. We liked their kitchen layout the best! The narrow cabinets and counter top opposite the stove was the best by far. Also liked the high top table & 4 chairs off the kitchen.

A truly excellent property. Spotless and well equipped with everything to make our stay very comfortable. A lot of care and love was evident in decorating the condo and the managing property could not be better. There is a closet outside with many beach chairs and a carrier to load them up for the beach among umbrellas etc. The beach is a 7 minute walk And the community pool is large and well kept. The Wfi worked very well . Just rent this place everyone will live it.

Excellent Great place to stay and close to the beach

Making Memories My family loves this home. It’s the perfect size for a small family. Having a full kitchen with utensils and cookware is great for a week’s stay. The bedrooms are nice. Everything is clean and decorated nicely. Carport and private unit washer/dryer are huge pluses. Quick walk to the private beach access is nice and the community and pool and tennis courts are good to have. This was our 2nd stay in this unit and would absolutely come back!

Excellent Beautiful home, very nicely decorated and comfortable, easy walk to beach and to town of Duck.

Perfect vacation This was everything we could have hoped for

Family Duckster year 3! This is our 3td year renting FD. We’re a family of four with two elementary aged kids. We love this house! It’s updated, clean and close to the beach and town. We will be back again next year!

Summer 2022 The condo was in great condition and nicely updated and decorated. Perfect location within the community.

Anniversary/Birthday Vacation After our initial issue with the key code, the rest of our vacation was fabulous. Tried out 6 new restaurants (based on recommenationz) and was very pleased. The Family Duckster fitted us perfectly. It is beautifully decorated in a beach theme. Can't wait to go back!!

Awesome! Beautiful unit and perfect location! Loved Family Duckster!

Our Favorite Place We loved our stay at Family Duckster! The location is perfect for everything- the beach, Duck Trail for walking, biking, shopping & dining!

Very Good Very well equipped condo with an excellent location. EVERYTHING in unit is brand new. Will definitely stay there again.

Slightly Disappointed Having rented a number of Units within Georgetown Sands Family Duckster did not disappoint. The decor and amenities are on par with most of the other Units that we have rented in the past.

5 stars for Family Duckster We are a family of four with two little ones. This house was perfect for us since out kids can share a bed. The unit was very clean, up to date with all furnishings. Walking distance to pool and beach! Quick bike ride to town. The updated kitchen is wonderful, and fully stocked. Outdoor shower was big plus as was the hammock swing! They really thought of every detail in this home. Perfect for a small family or 2 couples! Already reserved for next summer :)

Beautiful home and great location! We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity of the house to the beach and pool. The home was tastefully decorated and we appreciated the collection of games available on a rainy day. Although we didn’t have a chance to walk to the boardwalk due to inclement weather, it’s definitely within walking distance. We would love to stay here again!
