Nice place great location Like this condo very much. Change suggestions: loose the carpet on main floor and steps. Replace with wood look planks . New carpet upstairs is very nice, beds comfy and bathrooms great! Need new ice maker in frig. All the ice sticks together, maintain man says was on wrong temp setting, changed it but ice still sticks together making one big block of ice that has to be chipped w a knife.

Short distance to ocean. Great pool for laps.

We love coming here! We love how close the beach access is and the pool !

Week in Duck The condo was very clean. The WiFi was excellent. I recommend bringing kitchen cleaning supplies, as we were provided with one kitchen towel. Basic kitchen cooking supplies should be brought. The beds are comfortable, as are the couches in the living room. The porches have great furniture too. If you use a hair dryer, bring one as well.

Perfect getaway We love this neighborhood. The house is so cozy and perfect for our small family!

Very Good This place was very clean. I loved that it had keyless entry and a very simple checkout process. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay This condo is adorable. It was clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking, plus there was an outdoor closet with a beach cart, chairs, and things for the pool. In addition there were movies to watch and lots of board games for the family to play. Most importantly, it was just a short walk to the beach and the price was very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!

Quaint family home with great amenities! Perfect for a low key beach vacation This was the perfect beach getaway for our small family. For reference we are a couple in our 30s with a toddler. The house had everything we needed (including 2 baby gates), was a stones throw from both a private beach and a private pool / tennis court, and was ideally suited for our perfect family summer vacation. The decorations and furnishings were quintessential beach house, and we wanted for nothing in terms of appliances, and conveniences of home. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Moby Duck for a wonderful family beach week!

Best we've seen so far We were very pleased with Moby Duck. We felt welcomed, as the owners clearly cared about our experience. Many examples: plenty of SEATING, plenty of LIGHT, comfortable beds, good blankets and pillows, lots of storage, and a very well-equipped kitchen. Although we had brought our own chairs and umbrellas, we were pleased that the owners had generously offered theirs for our use. Had we known, we could have traveled a lot lighter! We'll be sure to keep that in mind on our next visit. We would definitely rent Moby Duck again, and certainly recommend it to our friends.
