I love everything about this place!
The only thing that could be improved upon is that although the floors have been swept and or vacuumed they rarely are wet mopped in any of the Georgetown Sands units. This particular unit did not have dirty rugs in the bathrooms like others have and you could use a towel as a bath mat. Also it was nice that there was not carpet in the living room area. But more attention to the floors would be appreciated. Otherwise all the amenities were fantastic and would stay there again in a heartbeat! Outside the unit in the Breezeway was also cleaner than most other units in the past. Enjoyed the outdoor shower but some additional bracket should be added so that the units next door could not see in to the shower if they happen to be out on their deck.
Amazing!
This was the perfect house for my family of three! It was exactly what we needed for a great price. It was so close to the beach and the pool was a short walk away. It was only a mile away from town and the boardwalks. The house was so clean and the kitchen is brand new. We would definitely stay here again!

We all enjoyed our time at Schwartz! The house is perfect for 2 couples or a small family. The kitchen is well stocked and updated. The walk to the beach is so short and easy! Definitely will return:)

I loved the house and the location was fabulous. It was my first visit to Duck and this was great. I hope to book this house again when it is a shade warmer. Please note that two of the screen doors don’t close properly so check into that. But everythis was stellar.

Great vacation
This property is great! Excellent location, clean and comfortable. This is our fifth year coming to the OBX and our fourth time staying at this property, unfortunately last year it wasn’t available so we had to stay at a different property at Georgetown Sands, not near as nice as Schwartz #5. Thank you for another great vacation! And the welcome basket with the delicious treats
