Very Good Love the condo and you can't beat the location. We stay here every year. Would love if they did a couple updates in the offseason, particularly the couches and TVs.

Excellent location. 100 yards to beach. At end of quiet dead end road. Easy bike ride to town. Very clean. Lots of bathrooms. Nice decks. Everything in great shape. Condo had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay Outer Thanks is bright, cheery, and carefully decorated. We loved our stay there. It is on the first row of Georgetown Sands, so the beach is very close, and the ocean can be seen from the second floor balcony. The supply closet is full of all kinds of beach supplies, including a huge beach umbrella.

Very Good We loved the condo's living area and kitchen, and the closeness to the ocean can't be beat! The staff in the rental office was unbelievably accommodating and easy to work with as well! The mattress in the main bedroom is not very comfortable, but it was the only sacrifice we made. The pool and tennis areas are also great. If you have a queen mattress topper, it would be absolute perfection.

Terrific stay at Outer Thanks! Our family had a wonderful time at Outer Thanks. The condo was clean, homey and really comfortable. Plus, you can't beat the location and proximity to the beach -- a huge plus, especially if you have kids and lots to lug each day. We are definitely planning to come back to this condo and community.

Outer Thanks - Thanks! We loved this beach house - the weather not so much - it was so darling and comfortable, we didn't really mind the rain. Well equipped for our cuisine efforts and plenty cozy for everything else. With dependable internet and keyless entry, this place would be perfect.
