Excellent Loved staying oceanfront for the first time in many years. Lovely home, just the two of us rattled around but enjoyed all the conveniences.

A week at Coops Cottage When we arrived the cottage, as always, was very clean but there were no linens or towels as required by the agreement. I made one call to Resort Realty and within the hour all hands were on deck. Several people from Resort Realty showed up with the towels and linens and made up all the beds as noted in the rental agreement. This was top customer service and without question. All of this was provided even though the cottage was cleaned and linens provided by an independent contractor.<br /> <br /> This was our tenth year at Coops Cottage, and it was one of the best. We hope to return to this home next year if possible.

Coop's Cottage is a very nice and well-equipped home We have been going there for eight of the last 9 years. Regardless of what realty manager was running it we have always received excellent service from the realty. The beach is a bit small but close. The home is only one mile from Duck center, so it is well located. I don't particularly like the hot tub at the top of the drive under the house, but I understand the reason for its location. My only advice for the owners is to place some kind of location tape on the edges of the stairs inside the house. The stairs are all varnished and are spiral in nature. They tend to blend together when going up or down them. One really needs to use the stair railing at all times.

Labor Day VayCa Our family had a great time at Coop&rsquo;s Cottage over Labor Day weekend. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. The access and convenience to the beach was great. It was also close to the stores and restaurants in Duck.

Great Vacation Our family and friends had a great vacation. Love the location near the beach. Community pool was great. Place is very clean and up-to-date.

Excellent Great location and lovely home. The house had a fully stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful views!
