Excellent We had a wonderful week at this beach house making great memories with family and friends. The home had everything we needed and more. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a perfect beach getaway.

Great house This house is well appointed and had everything we needed except directions on how to run the smart cooktop, oven and the upstairs tv. Otherwise I would have given a 10/10! Very comfortable, the second floor bedrooms do get very warm as well.

Love It Our group of family and friends have rented this property for 3 years in a row and we already have reserved it for 2025. The one thing that would make this house perfect is if they would install a dumb waiter to help us older folks get our luggage and food stuffs to the right floor.

Great OBX vacation home Cannot say enough great things about this OBX rental home and Resort Reality. Already booked again for next year. The only negative thing I can think of is the lack of elevator, which made the house difficult for elderly guests.

Perfect Oceanfront Beach House House and location were amazing!!! We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We had 15 people that included 2 one year old babies, so it was so easy and convenient being that close to the beach! We would highly recommend this house!!!

Great beach house Just spent a joyful week with our 5 grown kids/spouses and 3 grandkids at 3-2-1 Relax in Duck. Highly recommend this spotlessly clean, beautiful, luxury oceanfront home for multi-family living, plenty of room, big kitchen, lovely refreshing pool, pool table, quick private walkway to the beach. Fun playground across the street and a quick 2 mile bikeride or drive to Duck shopping/dining. Treehouse Coffee was our favorite breakfast/shopping spot. Only 2 slight drawbacks: Midlevel bedrooms do not have beachview due to the high dune, and no elevator gave our legs quite the workout w/3 flights of stairs. Otherwise: perfection!

Amazing Home We have stayed in different homes over the years and this is one of the nicest homes that we stayed in. Loved the location! We would definitely have rented it for next year if it wasn't already booked. Also, Resort Realty were great to work with. I would highly recommend Resort Realty and the home, 3-2-1 Relax. You will not be disappointed.

Comfortable Beach House Our group was comprised of 10 people. We all agreed that this house checks all of the boxes for a beachfront property. A short private walkway to the beach, clean pool and hot tub, beds were very comfortable. A spacious great room/kitchen and two other gathering areas on lower floors. With plenty of bathrooms and abundant hot water several showers could be taken at the same time. All in all a great value for the money in a great community.

321 Relax We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Though we had issues with alarms going off the first day, the house is perfect for a two family vacation. The expansive ocean views were amazing and the private pool enjoyable. We were also happy to have the private ocean walkway and thought we'd have a more private beach area, but it was quite crowded. The kitchen was well stocked but showed some signs of a long season.

Very Good It was a great house. On our arrival, the kitchen only had 2 wine glasses, Resort Realty was there in less than an hour with more than enough glasses for our group.

Excellent Great Home. Problem with coffee maker and it was replaced within 2 hours.

Very Good Loved location, close to everything! House and beach very nice! Had a great time at pool, jacuzzi and pool table! Would definitely rent again!

Relax! This is a very nice home. The kitchen has everything one would ever need, except dish cloths!! The back of the home was actually dirty. Never having rented a beachfront home, we weren't sure if this is normal for this time of year or it just hadn't been cleaned well. It just didn't sit well. We also tried to figure out how 22 would ever sleep there and it just doesn't seem possible. We had 8, so no problem!! Beautiful floors.
