Seas the Moment and get the best value in Duck. We had a wonderful two weeks stay at Seas the Moment. The location and the house were great. The beach and downtown Duck were about the same short walk from the house. The rooms are large with something for everyone to do. The kitchen was stocked to the max with cookware. The hot tub, pool table, and theatre room were just what we needed for relaxation and entertainment. The pool area was where our children wanted to spend most of their time but for my wife and I it was our so private balcony with access from the master bedroom on the top floor.

SeasThe Moment Everything was as advertised and was clean. Location and amenities were outstanding. The only negative was the 5:30 check in time was the latest we've ever experienced over the years of renting a house. Definitely be back.

We seized the moment at Seas the Moment This home is very well appointed for large gatherings; kitchen is equipped with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks! This makes cooking and cleanup easy for big groups. Kitchen is also well stocked in dishes, cutlery, glassware and bake ware. The pool is large and well maintained, perfect for all ages. Large gas grill also provided. In addition, the bedroom layout of the home with its many floors provides added privacy. Bathrooms are in good condition but need updating. The only 'negative' is the parking; not enough adequate space. We only had 5 cars (you can have 6 at this property) and we constantly shuffling cars to get in and out. It is also worth noting you are a far distance to the beach, but that you know from rental information. ☆Called Resort Realty to report 1 TV not working and they never came to fix it☆ Overall, many more positives to outweigh the few negatives. We had a fantastic family vacation here, highly recommend.

Duck Vacation Great family vacation in Duck!

Spacious house close to town in great neighborhood Overall the house was very nice with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for our extended family to enjoy. The neighborhood is beautiful and even though it’s a good distance to the beach the parking options were very easy and the walk wasn’t that bad if you had to. Figuring out the trolley schedule was confusing so I wouldn’t depend on that. The one area of the house that I would say needs some work is downstairs in the kitchenette area where they didn’t have a trash can which seemed odd and then outside the deck furniture needs to be cleaned really well/replaced as well as just a general good clean up of the cobwebs, twigs, etc in the pool/hot tub area to make it more enjoyable out there as well.

Enjoyed our stay Very nice home in convenient Duck location that is close to the town’s shops and restaurants. The home has multiple master bedrooms which worked well for our family. The pool is large and offers both sun and shade options throughout the day. The deck of chaise lounges and chairs offered plenty of seating. The movie room is a nice feature - and we really appreciated having Spectrum cable in addition to streaming offerings.

Comfortable Stay Our family of 10 (ages 1 - 75) had a very comfortable week long stay at Seas The Moment. Easy walk into town, and a short drive to the beach (<2 minutes). The house was big and comfortable with virtually every bedroom having their own attached bathroom. We would stay here again.

Excellent We could not have had a better time! Seas the Moment was all that we had anticipated! The home was comfortable for all our guests. The location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, ocean and boardwalk. We had no problem getting an Uber in a short amount of time if we wanted to venture out. We highly recommend!

Very Good Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Seas the Moment. The "cooks/ladies" all appreciated the layout of the kitchen and how well stocked it was with varying sizes of pots, pans, dishes, mixing bowls, storage containers, and small appliances. The rooms were very spacious, and it was nice to have a chair in the bedrooms for sitting in to read or put one's shoes on. The bright open great room was delightful for sharing meals in and watching TV/movies or playing board games together. The Christmas tree was a definite nice surprise.

Annual thanksgiving crew Enjoyed the house! It was just right for our family! The pool room was great and overall layout of the house is amazing.. double kitchen upstairs was awesome for thanksgiving dinner. Location across from clubhouse and a walk from duck shops was great for the kids.. they even enjoyed walking to the beach.. will definitely book again!

Fantastic vacation in a beautiful home! The home is absolutely beautiful! The layout is amazing with the half levels for the bedrooms. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We used the pool table and stereo in the game room as well. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and each one has a fantastic private bath, except the 2 on the lower level. We were surprised that the property had both a charcoal and a gas grill. The wi-fi worked splendidly and allowed my on-call teleworking son to accompany us on our trip without issue. The theater room was a nice addition. The entire home is well decorated. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The provided linens were much appreciated. The home is a short drive to the beach. On a map that was given to us by Four Seasons, we saw a path on the side of the community that was to lead to the beach but we didn't find it (didn't look too hard) and just drove to the beach daily, parking by the community pool. We had no issue finding parking there. Overall, it was an amazing and relaxing vacation. The home is within walking distance of many shops in the town of Duck. We walked there several days and did some shopping and also hit the boardwalk on the bay. We would definitely return to this home!
