We chose Nani Kai Hale due to it's fantastic beachfront location directly on Sugar Beach. Sugar Beach 3 is a beautiful white sand beach which is popular for swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding.

Stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, quartz countertops, and a 55" TV are some of the amenities you will enjoy during your stay.

The unit is on the 4th floor and the complex is directly on Sugar Beach. We love having meals on the covered lanai. Some of the features of the condo include:

“We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! my wife, son and I stayed for 6 days. the unit was very nice and the pool was excellent. the kitchen was stocked nicely. 2 bathrooms was a real treat with a teenage son. the bed was super comfortable. having 2 ac units was very nice. being on the beach was so convenient. very close to the famous sugar beach bakery and ululani shave ice. best in town! just a short walk down the beach. cooler, beach chairs, and boogie boards all provided. we would definitely stay again. very fair price for the quality of unit.”
