We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Joshua was very responsive, check in was easy and flexible. Parking is easy and there is a functioning elevator. They provided plenty of beach equipment. However, the home is more run down than the photos and way smaller than anticipated. Upon entry, the doorways and the hallway are too narrow for 2 people to fit through. The upstairs rooms and bathroom had a musty moldy smell. The floors were dirty. Overall our stay was okay, I would not recommend bringing kids to this place.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This was a great spot. We were there with our daughters family so had 2 grandkids and they had a great time in the pools and on the beach. The property was fantastic and the host was amazing.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Wow! Just wow! This place had everything we needed! We stayed here as a family of 7 adults and 1 child. I was worried reading the reviews that the place was small, but it had everything we needed and so much more. We made breakfast every morning for the family and the kitchen had everything we needed to feed everyone. The bathrooms both had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers. Every room had extra bedding. We had beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler for all of our beach trips. There’s an in unit washer and dryer for your needs during the trip. The balcony had 6 chairs to seat anyone wanting to sit outside. We had easy access to the pool and was even able to have a cookout one of the evenings at the community area where they had gas grills readily available for the residents to use. I read some reviews about the roosters, and yes, they’re there, but they did not disrupt our good time. Lastly, the VIEWS WERE INCREDIBLE! Best family trip ever!

The unit had amazing views and was very comfortable. The third bedroom was quite small, but overall the unit was comfortable and well stocked. I particularly appreciated that the owner supplied enough laundry and dish detergent for our entire stay as well many other items (shampoo, beach towels, etc.). Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely time, it was a tight fit for 5 adults but we adjusted well. The only bummer is the A/C unit on lanai makes it unusable as it puts out a lot of hot air. Had to turn off inside the unit to enjoy the view. The condo heats up quickly since on 4th floor. Lovely grounds, well kept. Small beach has turtles that would beach them selves everynight

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This home did its job while we vacationed here in Maui for a week. The pictures are definitely misleading, but the home has potential. We stayed a party of 6 (3 adults and 3 young children) The listing states the home fits 8 but I disagree. I think COMFORTABLY 4 max. We had a few issues right away and the host was very responsive/friendly. I can be picky w/ where I stay, but for the price of this place, I expected WAY better. I wouldn’t re-book, it’s not worth the $$ in my opinion. Pros: -AMAZING views (turtles on the beach) -Pool and hot tub -Super comfortable beds -Great AC in all rooms -Very friendly host! Cons: -Entire home needs to be deep cleaned- DS bathroom has a mildew smell, musty towels. -“Room” with bunk bed has no outlets- we had to pack extension. This bedroom was all around terrible. I couldn’t even stand up straight to tuck my kiddos in. The AC in this bedroom had a fishy smell when on. - Narrow hallway/very tight space

Everything was clean and tidy, and the host let us check in earlier than we were supposed to, which really made our day since we flew in early in the morning. The view is beautiful and the accommodation has a lot to offer! Thank you!

W enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Pros: Nice view and beach is walking distance. Harbor is walking distance. Host was responsive and quick to fix anything we communicated. Place is in a convenient location and has everything we needed and a washer/dryer. Beach gear and towels were a big plus. Cons: The place is very obviously in need of a DEEP and THOROUGH cleaning. The bedding was unwashed when we arrived, smelled musty. Bathrooms, especially showers, were not cleaned properly. Sink was clogging, light fixture leaking, tv not working properly. Blankets smelled. The pictures are misleading, they must be photoshopped and we wouldn’t have booked if we knew what this place actually looked like. Has potential but needs GOOD CLEANING and maintenance. There’s also VERY LOUD roosters that you can hear starting from 3 am in the king bedroom.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! VacaMaui’s place was great! The location was very central to most of the things we wanted to do. We saw so many turtles from the lanai, and there was a little walkway to the water where we saw a couple of turtles beached on the sand. The place was well stocked, clean, and the AC kept us very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable in the two main rooms. If you’re coming with little kiddos be aware the bunk beds have a fairly big gap on the top bunk (my 80 pound 7 year old rolled off in the middle of the night), and the ceiling is super close so he kept hitting his head climbing in and out. We ended up using a pillow as a barrier, which worked fine. My parents slept in the bedroom downstairs and struggled after about 3am due to roosters crowing loudly. Overall, the unit itself was great.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The house is less spacious and very compact. The rules are inconsiderate like cleaning the house by our own, collecting and carrying our the trash from 4th floor to ground floor, replenish the tissues and other items, though not use the dish washer mandatory requirement to ON the dishwasher, we need to wash the towels and other items and keep it in dryer. Never seen such rules any where else on Airbnb or hotels. We have requested for an extra hour time for vacating due to the personal emergency but owner has charged for $70 extra amount, though we have finally vacated the room in time, she never returned the amount back, extremely disappointed by the way she deals with us.

Our family enjoyed our 3 night stay. We liked the proximity to the harbor since we had an early morning ferry reservation to lanai. Not much within walking distance

The space was peaceful, clean, and had such a calming atmosphere the perfect place to unwind. One of my favorite parts was how walkable it was to the beaches! Every morning started with a short stroll to the ocean, and it truly felt like paradise. The host was kind and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Maui getaway.

We are a family of 5, all adults, and this condo had plenty of space for us all. The bunk room is small, but works for extra bodies in beds.The view from the lanai was spectacular, with crystal clear water and palm trees. The slider to the lanai was difficult to open and close, and the AC does vent right out to it, as others have mentioned. That did not stop us from enjoying this space morning, afternoon, and evenings.When we arrived, we discovered that the bedding in the two upstairs rooms was dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been changed, which led to late-night laundry, and my son sleeping on the couch that night. Josh, with the property management company, was quick to respond and gave us a cleaning credit to make it right. He was apologetic and was easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We liked the condo and the grounds. The pool was fine, and there is a hot tub, as well. There was a small stretch of beach outside where we saw turtles. We also saw turtles in the water pretty much every day. There was a beach park right at the end of the road, which was convenient to walk to. A few food options were within walking distance, but the location itself was fairly isolated and one pretty much needed to drive everywhere. About 20 minutes either to the airport or into Kihei, a bit farther to go into Lahaina or Kaanapali. This area is limited to a few condo buildings and the harbor, not much else. If you are looking for walkability, this is not a good option.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This Airbnb had a beautiful view of the ocean and quick access to the ocean. The water was to rough for snorkeling and ect. but we were able to see turtles close up. This condo is a better fit for a group of 4 or 5. The halls and bedroom spaces were very very small and compact. The bedroom with the bunk beds did not have any outlets and had a short slanted ceiling a much better fit for young children. The kitchen was small with the washer and dryer right in the small kitchen area. The oven kept tripping the electrical box, so cooking was a challenge. it was terrible by any means but I was travel with my adult children and the pictures made it seem much bigger than it was. We walked the stairs for a couple days because the elevator was being painted. We were on the top floor. I personally won't be staying there again but as I said a small young family might find it just right.

There were a few minor things that detracted from our overall positive feelings of the place. There was a lack of attention to detail in some of the cleaning- specifically in the bathrooms and kitchen. Other than that, it had great amenities. So private and quiet. They had beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc) available for use which was helpful and unexpected. I would still very much recommend staying at this place! Great location and worth it for the privacy compared to the big resorts/hotels.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! My family and I stayed at the condo for a week and had a great time. The location is central to the island so it was very easy to get to everything on our itinerary. The view from the balcony was unmatched and was by far our favorite feature of the condo - we loved having our meals out there and getting to watch the sunrise every morning. The condo is in fair shape although there were a few small things that needed attention but the host was quick to respond and send repair men when necessary. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back here again.

Really good location, perfect if you are planning on going both north and south. Very close to the marina were most tours to Molokini depart from.

Everything was nice. I just wish I knew the elevator was not working.

This property was recently rennovates and was very nice inside. The complex overall was nice as well. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken during our stay so we had a 4 story climb each day!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! If you’re looking for immaculate views this is the place to be! You can even walk out to a small private beach in the back yard and see turtles. The space was perfect for my family of 5. They even provided travel size beach chairs which was a plus! Check in was easy and communication was great. I will just say, don’t leave any food out to avoid ants. Place is a 10/10 overall

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Excellent stay, we saw so many whales from the balcony! Central location for destinations around Maui, short walk to the neighborhood beach, 20 min to Kihei. Some minor maintenance issues, host was super responsive.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Beautiful updated condo. Watched the whales jumping in the morning on the balcony. Stairway and bunk room are a little snug otherwise it was what we needed for a one night stay on a misdirected flight for 7 of us.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Beautiful area and very centrally located. The area was not crowded. Very close to the marina, aquarium, and a few restaurants. Great hopping off spot for Lahaina, Kihei, or Kahului. The condo complex itself has a beautifully maintained lawn with nice pool and hot tub with direct access to the waterfront. Parking was never an issue. The direct beach is very rocky, so not great for lounging. Fortunately, a public beach is a short walk away and that beach was gorgeous, with trees for shade, and not very busy. The unit had a nice porch overlooking the beautiful bay. We were able to see whales and turtles from the unit. The unit also had plenty of beach chairs and beach umbrellas available.

This spot is great for ease to the entire island. Oceanfront that is super close to the harbor if you are into boat tours. Quick drive to or from the airport. Only downside, is not about the property, but if you want groceries, stop at store in Kahului on your way from the airport. But plenty of restaurants super close.

I would rate this place a 8/10. 10 being the best and one being the worst however, the only reason why I wouldn’t give it a complete 10 is the fact that the faucet on the sink was fallen apart. The upstairs door handle/door knob was loose and kept falling apart. The showerhead was very bad as in the water pressure wouldn’t come out with full force. Besides that very nice place with amazing view everything was clean you have access to the Jacuzzi and the pool. We also got to watch the turtles in front of our beachfront condo. The beach was walking distance from the Airbnb. There’s an aquarium there’s an aquarium and a bunch of stores walking distance along with a bar and Starbucks .

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Awesome location with beautiful views. The host was very quick at getting someone in to fix a dripping air conditioner. Place is clean except for the tiny bugs you find around the kitchen. Even leaving kitchen clean, no food out and garbage emptied they turn up. If you have small children using bunk bed be aware the railing height is not to code on the top bunk.. Our 6 year old rolled under the barrier while sleeping and landed on the floor below. We were happy the unit was accessible for our wheelchair guest, having an elevator waa fabulous. Take note however the door way to the main floor bathroom is unusually narrow. We did enjoy the stay, just a few things that could be adjusted for a more pleasant return.

We enjoyed hosting Jennifer. Would love to host them anytime! Clean, peaceful, comfortable…. If I didn’t have to be on island for a task I would’ve found myself staying in them whole time. The beds were comfy and clean. Each room had AC units that kept us cool. Lots of towels but even having laundry machines helped us take care of linen to stay fresh. Definitely recommend this place to friends to stay at if coming to Maui 😊

Amazing guest! Beautiful location!! This felt like a home away from home (but with a gorgeous backdrop). The condo was clean and inviting, the host was very responsive, the location was a dream. Easy access to the nearby harbor where there were plenty of shops and restaurants that were a 10 min walk away. Would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back to Maui and book here again!

The property was just fine. The pictures make it seem bigger than it is. The location was good. You could walk to the marina or to the local beach---which was full of locals. So we ventured out to other public beaches and brought along picnics. The condo has a cooler on wheels, many low profile chairs, umbrellas, quick drying towels and we left behind a couple of balls for future renters to use. Had to buy more paper towels and toilet paper, which was kind of a bummer considering the amount we were paying. You could see turtles from the lanai and the pool atmosphere was low key and private. When hanging on the lanai it can get really warm because the air conditioning unit is out there, so when the air is on inside, it's quite warm outside. All or most units have the a/c pumping warm air out, so it's just something to expect and accept. I wish there had been a few more places to store away pantry items, but we made due. Because the unit is all the way at the end of the complex, means you will hear the chickens early in the morning. By day 3, we were used to it.

Spectacular view all around. Everything you would need on vacation provided with top quality. Ac unit works amazing it was so cold we had to turn it down. Beds all comfy even the couch bed. My kids slept like a baby. Bunk bed room very tight and upper bunk not recommended for anyone you will hit your head on the ceiling and AC unit. There is a nat issue in that room also. BIGGEST COMPLAINT #1 poor quality in towels i washed them several times but the quality is so cheap I could not get the smell out. #2 is the worst ever. All the beds did not have clean sheets I found hair and sand in every bed. It had the previous guests stay all over. I was so disappointed my first night I stayed up all night to wash sheets pillow cases blankets and comforters to feel at ease during my stay. I would say invest in top quality towels and changed your cleaning service. Whoever they are they cut corners in all the bedrooms. This definitely is ALMOST PERFECT if not for those 2 issues.

This is a great location, close to little towns and within an hour of everything we came to Maui to do. Condo is maintained very well, we enjoyed our stay as a family. We were very active and didn’t use the kitchen, nor the BBQ space outside. My only concern was with master bedroom linens and it was addressed immediately. One suggestion for the next renters would be to add more details to the communication about the parking pass. Signs posted on property that you need a parking pass or vehicle will be towed but we did t see any details until we were inside the unit. Otherwise great place to stay!
